This penthouse apartment is fully air conditioned and located on the sunny south of Tenerife, just a few miles from the island’s international airport. Golf del Sur covers 400 acres with a superb golf course running through it. Not just for the golfer, it appeals to the more discerning families who require an upmarket location.The apartment is just minutes away from a pub,bars and restaurants. Local amenities include sailing, golf, tennis, diving, riding, go karting and of course eating out. A bus stop and taxi stand are conveniently placed just ouside the complex.The apartment has sun drenched balconies to all aspects with a sea view to the front and side and a pool view to the rear. Tony is a New Zealander and needed the Sun!! We live in Middle England and love the fact that we can be in our Apartment in 4 hours.

Perfect home from home apartment

We had a really lovely stay at this apartment. Everything had been thought of and more. We found parking not just in this area, but everywhere in Tenerife has become a bit of a nightmare, so a parking space was a god send. The complex is very well kept and extremely secure, and the pool never busy. A few English channels on the tv very welcome and we were keeping up with Euro 2016 and Brexit whilst we were there. We travel to Tenerife every year and as usual had great fun. We found a fantastic new attraction in the forest this year - authentic tree climbing and zip wiring. our own 'shangri-la'.

Our second holiday in this apartment should speak for itself. A wonderful, spacious and well furnished apartment,.We found access so easy with ramps or steps from 'street level' to the lift with designated car parking if needed.

The complex is private and securely gated with private pool and well tended gardens. It so quite and on many occasions we had the pool to ourselves. With the peace and quite of the complex and the comfort of the new mattresses we certainly needed our alarm clock. Having a contact, if needed, and local to Golf del Sur, was a bonus. As was the free wi-fi. We have certainly found our own 'Shangri-la' and are due to return in September.

Wonderful views

A wonderful, spacious and well furnished apartment. The owners were easy to reach, very friendly and helpful throughout the booking procedure. Having a contact, if needed, and local to Golf de Sur, was a bonus feature. The views from the balconies ( three of them) were stunning. The complex, together with the pool, was very clean and very quite. Access to the apartment via the lift was easy and although there are four steps up to the door, this apartment would suite a moderately disabled person, with the minimum of help. A very relaxing holiday and I have already booked a further two holidays for 2016.

Fantastic apartment

This is a lovely apartment in a wonderful small, quiet complex on the Golof del Sur. Plenty of restaurants and facilities within walking distance, and very well placed for travel to all the "hot spots" that Tenerife can offer. A well appointed apartment with everything to ensure a perfect holiday. The owners were very helpful and provided plenty of information so that we could take full advantage of our time on this beautiful island. Would highly recommend to other people intending to vacation in Tenerife.

Perfect family home from home

Initially concerned with this apartment when we found out it was above a bar but

need not have been worried. Travelled with a 13 year old, a 6 year old and a 4 year old. The apartment matched our needs perfectly and Golf del Sur was relaxing and laid back. A perfect place to go to especially after the busy tourist spots.

Had a fantastic stay, the villa was very clean as was the whole complex with workers continuously sprucing up the area.

The pool was very clean. The vast majority of the other families were English although there were several Irish and Spanish families also using the complex.

The Wild Geese bar which was our main concern as it was below the apartment was actually a real blessing rather than a problem. Never heard a squeak from there even though there was entertainment or sport on most nights. And their steak nights were great.

Would definitely recommend the apartment and use again.

Our first time in Tenerife,and what amazing accomodation to stay at.

We had everything we could possibly have wanted and more. Ten mins from airport, great location, situated midway between Los Christianos and airport. Lovely quiet private pool,beautiful views of sea and coastline. Lots of places to eat at within easy walking distance. Definitely will be returning to this appartment.

We wanted and found an apartment that gave us sun, fun, safety, healthy holidays and all the year round! We found our apartment with a beautiful pool, wonderful complex and in a special area of Tenerife. We set the apartment up to cater for all our needs and continually update and maintain it.We then decided to rent it out whilst not in family use.We wanted to give clients as much as our family. The area and our apartment is perfect for all types of holiday and all ages.From catering for babies through to lively children or couples who just want to relax, our apartment and the area succeeds in meeting everyone's needs. We want our clients to be as happy as our family is here.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Riena Sofia South Tenerife at 10 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 10 Metres Nearest Golf : at 200 Metres Nearest Motorway : at 2 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 10 Metres Nearest Beach : at 150 Metres Car: not necessary


A stony beach is 5 minutes walk away. Numerous safe sandy beaches are located towards El Medeno and Playa de las Americas both only 15 minutes drive away.


Tenerife South Airport is 10 mins drive away and well served by metered taxis.

Car hire is not essential but if you do want to explore the Island it is recommended. Remembering it is inexpensive and the petrol is cheap.

Alternatively there is a good local bus service with a Stop and Taxi Rank just outside the complex.


The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the Golf del Sur Village Square (Sans Blas) with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and nightly entertainment. Excursions to places of interest can be booked and pick-up points are nearby.

The sea front and promenade with its sidewalk bars restaurants and cafes are only minutes away.

Further Details:

The complex has an Irish themed pub offering WiFi connection and a supermarket. All amenities and conveniences are close to hand.

  • Notes on accommodation: This is a privately owned complex and not open to the public. It is security gated at all entrances and has constant 24 hour CCTV survellience.For your peace and comfort we have installed laminated triple glazing and insect screens to all patio doors.WiFi is included and air conditioning is an optional extra. Outside: The common areas have well maintained tropical gardens. There are 2 swimming pools with a large heated pool and smaller pool for young children. Sun beds surround the pool and the apartment has two in addition. It also has an adequate supply of outdoor furniture to all 3 balconies and the courtyard area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. A nominal fee is charged for a linen change. Please note beach/pool towels are not included. The apartment is cleaned between lets.
