This 3 storey villa set in private grounds is just 5 mins from the stunning Nai Harn beach in the south of Phuket. With great local amenities and restaurants the villa is only 15 mins from the lively nightlife of Kata and Karon beach with Patong an easy 25 mins away. There are also a number of beautiful and secluded beaches in the close vicinity. Take breakfast on the large balconies, enjoy evening meals on the rooftop terrace and sala taking in the breathtaking 360 degree sunset, sea and mountain views or dine in the outdoor Balinese sala. Relax by the pool or sunbathe in the garden and unwind in complete privacy. The open plan living/dining area has a kitchen fitted to high European standards and the villa is furnished throughout with a mix of European and Asian styles. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 en-suite, the master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other 2 bedrooms share. The 4th bedroom is a detached studio.

This villa represents great value for money and the size and facilities offered in this location I do not think can be bettered.

Why Trevor Appleby chose Phuket

Having travelled and stayed in most corners of the world Phuket has become the one place that keeps pulling me back. I have been coming here since 1988, first as a keen diver and then just as a holiday maker. The villa was purchased in August 2010 as holiday rental investment however soon after the purchase I could not help myself and have spent a considerable sum having it full refurbished. I have had all new doors and windows fitted, new stainless and glass hand rails to all the balconies and terraces as well as landscaping and decorations. In all it is now a very smart modern villa which I am delight to be able to share with you.

What makes this villa unique

The Nai Harn and Rawai areas have been for years very popular with the Phuket expat communities of all nationalities. It is away from the colourful nightlife of Kata, Karon and Patong but close enough for an evening out. The villa is ideally situated on a quiet side road, a short scooter ride from Nai Harn Beach and Rawai Beach. The immediate area is growing all the time with new bars and restaurants starting each time I visit. Having a large expat resident community the bars and restaurants are busy all year round with none closing down for the 'low' season, unlike some of the tourist centers.

We are so glad we stayed where we did and not around the more - unbearable though interesting to see touristy part of the island. We are already thinking of going back next year!

The airport transfers were stress free & extremely efficient and the daily maid service added to our delightful experience. Nong assisted us with the car hire and Richard was always available to assist, if & when required.



Mole: We with 5 friends and had an amazing time. The villa is ideally located for great nights out, fantastic beaches, excellent activities and also very well suited to relax at during the day. Enjoy meals outside in the Balinese style sala next to the barbecue area it has lighting and a fan with seating for 9. Complete privacy ensured in the walled private tropical garden. 28 sq.m. swimming pool accessed through French windows from living room with shower and sun loungers for 8. Two large balconies overlooking the pool with views of the Golden Buddha and the surrounding mountains. Feature shower in the garden under a palm tree. Stunning 360 views of sea and forested mountains from large 40 sq.m roof terrace with roof top sala, accessed via stairs from the master bedroom balcony, it is a great place to sunbathe, relax or eat in the evenings and has a shower, sun loungers and tables with seating for 8. Pool is private and offers complete privacy from the surrounding properties. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided for up to 10 people. Twice weekly laundry service and bedding change. Twice weekly maid service. All included in price. Other: 32" LCD TV in master bedroom with cable TV 30+ channels and a DVD player. What a holiday!

Absolutely in love with this place! We were a party of 6 adults and 5 children and we all had one of the most amazing holidays ever!

The area and villa had everything we could have possibly wanted and I would strongly recommend the villa and nai harn as an area to anyone.

Hope to come again soon :-)
