Apartment in Port de Pollenca, Mallorca - Ground Floor Apartment with Private Garden

Our spacious apartment is ideal for families. Without the problem of stairs and with the advantage of a large terrace and its own gated garden alongside the swimming pool. Equipped throughout with quality furniture and fittings. One of the 3 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms (one with bunk beds) share a full bathroom. The lounge has two sofas and dining area which caters easily for families. There is satellite TV & DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility room. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms for the summer and central heating for winter. Safe and cot/highchair facilities are provided at no extra cost.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely complex - can't wait to return!

We have just got back from a week in PP at this lovely apartment - wish we were still there!

Las Mimosas is a very nice and well maintained development and in a fantastic location, just 2 mins walk to the sea front and excellent beach. Main shops and restaurants are within 5-15 minute walk depending on which part you want to go to. Large Supermarket only 2-3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away.

The apartment itself is perfectly appointed and spacious. The pool area is a good size and was ideal for our young family with small kids section. There were plenty of sun loungers and the people we met were all very friendly.

There are 2 good sized double bedrooms and a single room with bunk beds - all with plenty of wardrobe space and a/c which certainly helped during the night as it was extremely hot when we were there. There are 2 nicely fitted bathrooms with bath/shower, a good sized open plan lounge/dining area with 2 comfy sofas. Free view provided also if you have the urge for some TV while away - this certainly helped when the kids needed some downtime from the sun/pool. There is a galley kitchen which is more than suitable and a small utility with washing machine which also came in handy.

The apartment is on the ground floor but feels very secure. The outdoor patio area feels part of the main pool area but also secluded enough to have some privacy. It is perfect for breakfast in the morning and gets the sun until sundown so is lovely for an evening meal or drinks.

Puerto Pollensa is a place we love and we will certainly return, hopefully to this apartment as it is a gem and was perfect for our requirements.

Susan was extremely easy to deal with and very friendly. It was lovely to have some essentials already provided in the apartment for when we arrived - small touches like this name all the difference.

Overall, this apartment within Las Mimosas comes highly recommended!

Amazing

Loved our stay here!! Perfect location. 2 minute walk to the beach. Literally up the road from the shops and restaurants. Perfect for little ones as ground floor apartment.Accommodation lovely, nice and spacious. Wouldn't stay anywhere else will definitely be booking again.

Excellent Holiday

We loved Porta Pollensa ,with beautiful beaches and great restaurants within a stroll of the apartment.

The location of the apartment was perfect.

Lovely pool literally outside of the apartment. It was very clean and quiet and we would recommend for a relaxing holiday .

lovely apartment . brilliant location

this is a lovely apartment. spotlessly clean, spacious, good storage space and well equipped. the pool is lovely and the small complex is very well maintained. it is in an ideal location, about 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and to the nearest bar/restaurant and supermarket. its about a 5 minute walk to the main centre. We never had any bother parking our car right outside the apartment. Hope to return one day. Many thanks.

Great apartment & excellent location.

Apartment has all mod cons and is in a great location only 10-15 mins walk into town. Beach and shop less than 5 mins walk. Also some very nice local restaurants less than 10 mins walk away. Plenty of parking if hiring a car. Apartment is particularly good for young families as it's ground floor with patio/garden area and the pool is literally just outside the garden gate. No need to pack a bag for the pool as you can wander in and out of the apartment at your leisure. Great pool area with a baby pool and plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Quiet and relaxing and we met lots of families who have returned to the apartments year after year. First time we've stayed in this location, after staying more in the centre of town in the past, but we'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Booking process and overall service from Susan was faultless. Highly recommended overall.

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is only 100 metres (2min walk) from the beautiful sandy beach . You will also find a sailing school and many other watersport activities.

Travel:

Palma airport is a 45min car journey to Puerto Pollensa. The apartment is ideally located to the centre and beach so a car is not essential. Should you choose to hire a car to explore the island there is plenty of street parking outside Las Mimosas.

Distances:

The following resorts are all within a 7km radius from the Port - Cala San Vicente, Old Town of Pollensa, Alcudia and Formentor.

Puerto Pollensa is a resort nestled in a natural bay, against a backdrip of rugged mountains, giving a wonderful picturesque setting. There are stretches of sandy beaches and the wonderful 'Pine Walk' right alongside the seashore where bars, shops and restaurants provide an unbeatable combination. You can enjoy boat trips across the beautiful Formentor Bay. Hire a bicycle and explore the many country lanes. Play golf, learn how to sail, or wind surf. The northern area is known for its marvellous mountain walks and in Spring/Autumn the Pollensa area is a great base for birdwatching. Nearby are the Old Town's of Pollensa and Alcudia, both have weekly markets and are of great historical interest!
