A wonderfully appointed 3 double bedroom detached villa. The villa sits between two beautiful coves each with their own cafe/bar, enjoy their crystal clear waters, sandy beach and dramatic back-drop then, relax at the beach café with your favourite tipple. There are several more restaurants / cafes and supermarkets within walking distance from the villa but the area retains a peaceful, relaxing ambience. The cosmopolitan town of Porto Cristo is only 2 miles away with its stunning harbour, tree lined pavements, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Porto Cristo is a must to visit. It is also home to the famous ‘Caves of Drach’. The villa offers a well appointed kitchen, large lounge/dining room with doors opening onto an enclosed terrace with pool approx 8x4m. Two of the bedrooms open onto the terrace.

Perfect holiday

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at this gorgeous villa and can't recommend it highly enough.

When we first arrived at night a quick look around the villa and we were very impressed but when morning arrived and we could see the place in daylight we were delighted. The villa is spacious, very clean and beautifully furnished.

Outside the villa the grounds are lovely and the swimming pool is amazing. I'm missing having my breakfast by the pool.

The area is quiet yet everything is on your doorstep, the beach is literally a 2 minute walk, as is the nearest restaurant and small supermarket. Even travelling into Porto Cristo is only a 6 euro taxi journey or a fun tourist train ride with the kids.

We travelled with our young girls aged 3 and 1 and it was perfect for them. My eldest just wouldn't leave the pool.

Cant thank karen enough, we would definitely love to return in the future.

Superb villa in excellent location

I stayed in the villa in August with my wife and daughter. The description on the website is accurate but on arrival I was surprised just how spacious, well equipped and beautiful the villa was. The location is ideal with 2 lovely beaches the better being Calla Aguila. There are a number of restaurants close by, but if you prefer more choice Porto Cristo is only a 6-8 euro taxi journey (taxi rank next to the hotel 2 minutes walk) and there is a lovely marina with restaurants for all choices. Having a teenage daughter wifi was important and it was great to have this in all rooms in the villa and around the pool. Overall we had a wonderful time and now I am under pressure to book again.

Fantastic villa and pool in beautiful, quiet area.

Our family of five (two adults and three children 12-8 yrs) had two weeks at Cala Anguila in July and August 2015. The villa is clean, spacious and welcoming, fully equipped with everything you'd need for a great relaxing holiday. The pool is perfect, just outside the lounge doors with plenty of outdoor space to read, eat, BBQ etc (the wifi also works outside!). The garden and pool are completely private and well cared for. The local beach, just 5/10 walk from the villa is the best we found in the area with clear blue sea and a lovely beach bar. There are many local shops and restaurants at the busier Cala Mendia beach which was only 10/15 mins walk away. We had car and explored the island, nothing is much more than an hour away, and there is plenty to see. Karen and her team were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and any hiccups were quickly sorted. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone wanting a quiet pool and beach holiday, on an island that has much to offer if you want a more active day.

Superb Villa, Stunning, Peaceful Location

This Villa is lovely, its spacious, very clean and very well maintained with all facilities you would want. The owners even had WiFi installed before we arrived which was a great bonus and they were exceedingly prompt in remedial action when we had a couple of minor pool maintenance needs during our stay. The location is fabulous, minutes from 2 beautiful coves, and a short and cheap taxi into Porto Cristo town. We hired a car for the 2 weeks but didn't really need it....cafes, bars, shops and small supermarkets all a short walk round the corner. Highly Recommend and we are definitely hoping to stay again !

Wonderful!

Returned, yesterday, from a great week in Cala Anguila. The well equipped villa is wonderful - large, clean and comfortable. Private, outside space is great for those times when you're not on the beach (5 minute stroll away) and an easy, short taxi ride into Porto Cristo whenever you want. It's very easy to do business with owner - good information, simple process.

Perfect Family Getaway

A fantastic villa, beautifully maintained with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space for the children to enjoy. Gorgeous private pool with 2 idyllic sandy coves just a 2 minute walk from the villa. Incredible location - perfect balance of privacy with everything you need just a short walk away - great shops, bars and restaurants!! A definite favourite for future holiday destinations - Thank you.

Coast/Beach:

The villa is set in a cul-de-sac with a tree lined road leading to Cala Anguila cove (approx 100 mtrs) ensuring tranquility with easy access. Enjoy its crystal clear waters, sandy beach and dramatic back-drop then, relax at the beach café with your favourite tipple. Sunbeds and shades available to hire. Cala Mandia beach is also 100 mtrs walk from the villa with another excellent beach cafe.

Travel:

Palma airport is 45 mins drive on very good roads. A taxi costs approx 95 Euros each way. Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within easy walking distance however, if you like to travel around you will require a car. Local buses go into Porto Cristo on the hour and from there to surrounding towns including Manacor and Palma. Cycle or walk to Porto Cristo using cycle lanes.

Distances:

The town of Porto Cristo and its stunning harbour is 2 miles away there you will find the famous Coves del Drac. Manacor, the island's second largest town is 20 mins drive known for its manufacture of Marjorcia pearls and furniture, good selection of restaurants, shops and bars. The cosmopolitan city of Palma is a must to visit with its wonderful cathedral, shops, restaurants and bars. There are an abundance of beautiful villages to visit and many walks.

Further Details:

4* hotel in village offering evening entertainment, spa, use of computers and medical centre. Supermarkets, chemist, gift shops and a good selection of restaurants all within walking distance. Most of the cafes and bars have free WIFI.

NOTE:

Booking Notes:
There is a 20% non-refundable deposit payable upon booking and full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. For last minute bookings the full amount is payable immediately. Payment can either be by bank transfer, cheque or Paypal. We will send you a booking form to complete and return stating flight details, sleeping requirements etc. which we will forward to our property management company
There is a £250 refundable deposit required as a damage bond which will be returned within 2 weeks on receipt of keys and inventory check.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday (this may be flexible). On receipt of full payment details of key collection will be advised. The villa must be vacated by 10am on day of departure for cleaning purposes and accessed after 15.00 hrs.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
End Clean charge is £85.
Extra changes of linen/towels can be provided at a nominal cost by request.
