Apartment in Deia, Mallorca - A Particular Feature is the Large Terrace of approx 30 sq.m.
The apartment has a particularly large terrace of approximately 30 square metres which includes a covered dining area. From the terrace you will have a magical view of the floodlit 16th Century Church of Saint John the Baptist in the evenings. Leading from the hallway are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs the air conditioned lounge/dining opens onto the large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, electric hob and oven.

Activity and Interests
It takes us a leisurely 20-25 mins to walk down through olive groves to the beach at Cala Deia. The Cala has an excellent seafood restaurant and a beach bar. For those who prefer to drive it is 5 mins away. Puerto de Soller, which has a lovely sandy beach, is 20 mins by car.
Palma's Son Sant Joan Airport is approx 35km away. The nearest railway station is in Soller 11km away. Although it is useful to have a car, the local bus service is very reliable and will enable you to reach any other part of the island you may want to visit.
The beautiful city of Palma is a 40 mins car journey away. The town of Soller is 20 mins by car. Valldemossa, where the composer Chopin lived, has a monastery and a museum and is a 15 min drive from the apartment. The local bus will take you easily to all these destinations.

A 30% deposit is payable on booking. The balance of the rental cost is due 8 weeks before holiday date.
A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required. If necessary, a separate cheque for the breakages deposit can be sent which will not be cashed subject to satisfactory property inspection. Cancellations - If you have to cancel for any reason any money paid will be refunded assuming I can re-book your reservation.
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 10am unless by prior arrangement. Every attempt will be made to satisfy individual requirements.

- The luxurious bathroom is on the ground floor, and has a bath with a power shower, WC and bidet. The fitments are all high quality and include attractive wooden storage cupboards and drawers.

- Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 4 (2 Bedrooms) Notes on bedrooms: Both bedrooms are attractively decorated and are situated on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 with twin beds electrically adjustable. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. The bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning and have fitted wardrobes with shelving.
- Notes on accommodation: The apartment has been used as a second home and has been decorated accordingly. A cot/highchair may be arranged on request, although this will incur an additional cost. Small children are welcome as long as they are carefully supervised within the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking. Sorry no pets allowed. Outside: The terrace is attractively planted with shrubs and bedding plants. There is a large charcoal burning Weber kettle BBQ. There are two beach loungers, two reclining chairs and a parasol. The covered dining area on the terrace has a table which easily seats 4 people. A private parking space is available immediately adjacent to the apartment. Utility Room: The utility room has a washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board. There is also a safe. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and the linen changed at the beginning and end of a rental, or more often by arrangement.
