Located close to the traditional Spanish town of Orba with its slow pace of life, yet you are within few minutes drive of some of the best beaches, golf, restaurants and entertainment on the North Costa Blanca. Each day can be as different as you like, from sunbathing by the private pool, on an unspoilt beach, golf, sailing, Hiking, or visiting safari and theme parks. An evening can end with a relaxing meal at one of the many fine local restaurants. The lounge and 2 of the bedrooms open on to a magnificent terrace with panoramic views. There are 3 other large terraces to enjoy the outdoors depending on you preference, from the covered terrace on the ground floor near the swimming pool to a rooftop solarium with 360 degrees views. The villa offers all the amenities you would expect of a property of this class.

About the Owner

The villa is owned by Dr. Harpal Johal and Dr Surrinder Johal. The villa was bought as a new build in 2005. We use it for family holidays and rent it out during the holiday periods to help with the maintenance and upkeep.

We love the area because of it proximity to the uncrowded sandy beach and mountains for scenic drives with great restaurants. The location provides a beautiful and tranquil setting. In the evening we often go to nearby Denia and Orba for entertainment.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Valencia / Alicante at 60 Miles Car: necessary

Coast/Beach:

15 minutes drive to the white sandy beaches between Oliva and Denia. Holiday resorts of Javea, Moraira and Calpe are 20 minutes drive. Coastal areas between Denia and Calpe have some wonderful secluded coves, cliffs and mountain walks.

Travel:

Casa Nirvana is situated one hour’s drive from both Valencia and Alicante airports on the outskirts of the picturesque Spanish town of Orba. A car hire is desirable to fully enjoy this beautiful region.

Distances:

Villa is located in a suburb of Orba.This is within the region of the holiday coastal town of Denia (centre 9 miles). Javea,Moraira Oliva, Calpe are all within 20 mins drive. There are many theme parks (Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Vergel Safari) within 35 minutes drive.

Further Details:

Orba has banks, bars and restaurants, Denia has extensive shops, nightlife, coastal boats trips and daily boats to Ibiza.
