The apartment is privately owned and has been furnished to a high standard as originally it has only been used for occasional personal use. Cleanliness is of high importance. It has all home comforts and is not typical of a rental property. In summary, it is a lovely apartment in an ideal location and caters for all types of holidays. Notes on accommodation: Air conditioning in main bedroom. Outside: The apartment has a lovely balcony which attracts the sun all day. There are sun loungers with comfy mattresses and table and chairs. In the complex there are 3 outdoor pools across the road where activities are arranged for children. There is also another 2 pools on the roof of an adjacent block. Evening entertainment is provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned ready for your arrival and fresh towels and clean linen are provided.

This is a lovely apartment in a low rise complex on a quiet street but within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back in the future.

Good stay

We enjoyed our two week stay in this apartment. The kitchen was too small for our liking but we knew it would be small but in real life it was. Fridge small shame a dishwasher couldn't be fitted in. Washing machine was great. Plenty of towels. Would describe the decor as 1990's style a tad 'tired' but clean and tidy. The TV was complex to use in reality there is not the level of programmes stated but really we weren't that bothered. Wifi great! We know the complex so the stairs (especially to get to the roof top pool) can be challenging but got the heart rate going. Would definitely use Stefan for airport transfers he was great. Must say on the whole this was a great stay. Lee refunded our deposit quickly the agent Lilida was helpful in a hands off way that we like when we go on holiday. Thanks all.

Lovely apartment in good location

We stayed in this lovely apartment 3 weeks ago (3 ladies) . From the moment we booked then passed to the agent(Lidia) everything was very smooth and easy. Like to say thank you for the early check in. Very much appreciated. It's a lovely complex, pool good, Sams bar good. Accommodation is on a hill but that didn't bother us. Just down the hill is a large supermarket and a 10 minute walk takes you to the beach where we spent most of our time. We had been on the beach until 6pm one day and came back to the apartment just to get changed as we had a table booked in a restaurant for 8pm. We came home to a letter stuck on our door saying we had been very noisy during our time in the apartment getting ready. High heels and chairs dragging. We did not play loud music and our wedges (shoes) went on just before we left and yes we did drag the table out from against the wall on the balcony so we could all sit round it. I did notify the agent as I didn't want them to think we were causing any problems and gave the agent the note from the door (time written was 8.20pm) happily the agent wasn't concerned about this at all. But we did feel we had to be quiet when in the apartment. Maybe just unlucky who was staying underneath us! Over all nice apartment and good value for money.

Excellent superior two bedroom apartment.

As a mature mid 70's couple have just spent 5 weeks in this apartment which we found to be a home from home with all facilities as advertised. The all day sun large balcony with sea views and the TV & Fibre WiFi was a bonus. As regards the hill walk as previously mentioned we found it much easier to walk through the Hotel using the access keycards provided. Cheap Buses and Trains were within an easy walk and very easy to use and frequent. Found the Hotel Reception very friendly and offered discounts to most local attractions. Weather in Feb & March was 20 to 27 degrees - we will definitely be going again.

Don't let the steps put you off!

The apartment is a short walking distance to the beach, having the supermarket down the road is really helpful.

As we had 2 young children it wasn't as suitable as we hoped, the hill to get to it kept us fit!

We highly recommend the steakhouse restaurant on the resort, very friendly staff, reasonable price and tasty food.

Be sure to climb the extra stairs to reach the roof terrace, beautiful views and its a sun trap.

Also walk along the promenade towards the marina.

Location, Location, Location

A truly lovely apartment. Bigger than I thought, so nice to actually be able to walk around your bedroom! The terrace was flooded with sun all day and we did have a sea view. Nothing was missing here, having such things as a laundry basket and a range TV channels (teens with us) was only a few of the home comforts we enjoyed. Location for us was fantastic. We managed to walk as far as the mini gold half way to Marina one day but after that just took the bus, they are cheap and when you read below you will realise that missing this exercise is not an issue. Taxi back from Marine for 4 of us only 6 euros. Lots of places to eat and drink. Found marina more expensive but you can imagine the rents there are high. Only when we came back did I read other web reviews of the Pueblo Evita. A lot of feedback noted the elevated position and so could be negative. So, honest account. The apartment is at the top of a sharp hill. Mobility problems will certainly struggle with the hill which my husband thought was a 1:2. When you get to the top of the hill there are another 4 sections of steps to get to the 2nd floor apartment. BUT I am the unfittest person in my family being rather rotund and having an allergy to exercise, and I even managed..... On the positive side: after a week I was fitter, the stairs were so easy having managed the hill and I did avail myself of light refreshment half way up the hill at Sam's bar on an occasion (it just called to me). My kids had no problems and we all carried shopping up there, but I''d shop every day it helps. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi were great but its on the 4th floor (take 1 euro coins for Jacuzzi) and so more steps (as we didn't do it till day 3 I was actually better at the steps by then!). Having a view comes with the price of a bit of exertion but I would most definitely go back. As a family we did the trip to Gibraltar with Jackie (found this in local English circular) and took the mini bus tour of the rock. All of us loved it and for teen boys that says something. The Prisoner escape centre at the Marina was really good but as we all fell out it can challenge family harmony lol. In a disaster we would have no hope as we can't listen to each other and all want to take charge....Chap that runs it was friendly and we did get some challenges right, but remember for the Submarine, try looking in the periscope. Hubby still living that one down.

Car: not necessary


Beautiful Benal Beach is only a 5 min walk away.


Malaga airport is 5 miles away. There are plenty of taxis or collection from the airport can be arranged with a local English lady who looks after the apartment and lives in the block. A car is not required. The local train station is a 10 min walk away. There are plenty of buses 5 mins walk away.


Benalmadena marina is a 20 minute walk. Palmito Park is a 5 minute walk. Tivolli Amusement Park is a 15 minute walk. Malaga and the lovely Pueto Banus is 30 mins away by local transport.

Further Details:

Kite surfing is available at the local beaches where private lessons can be obtained.
