The apartment enjoys a front line position, nestling in the hills above the village of Przno and has panoramic views of the bay, sea and surrounding mountains. It is on the top floor (4th floor - no lift). The high ceilings gives it a light and airy feel. The beach and amenities are 5 mins away from the apartment. The apartment is ideal for large families or couples sharing accommodation. Close by is the famous coastal town of Sveti Stefan (1km) and the bustling resort town of Budva (7km).

Nice apartment with good space for our family of five. Very busy road outside the apartment and quite a few steps to climb. It worked however fine with us having teenagers. We managed to book tennis courts close to the apartment which was nice. Beautiful evening walk to Sveti Stefan and easy to get to the old part of Budva with the local mini bus. Przno is quite small with few restaurants and very dominated by Russian tourists. 4 nice suited us well.
We recently stayed at this apartment and had a fantastic time....the apartment is very spacious, comfortable and has amazing views!! Only problem is that it is on the top floor of a 4 storey building without a lift, but hey it was good exercise for us! Its location is perfectly situated for the beach and restaurants (just a short walk away) as well as local transport links. The owners have been very thoughtful of their guests needs, providing all bedding and towels,TV, DVDs, CDs,books and a hairdryer. The bedrooms were more than accommodating for the 6 of us staying, the kitchen is functional with all you need including a microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. When we arrived the air-con unit in the hall and internet were not working properly when but that was quickly rectified by the agents. The fridge did not cool very well even on the highest setting but that could be due to the extremely hot weather at the time. Our only other complain was that we couldn't stay longer:( !!! We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and can't wait to go back again next year!! We really liked the apartment, everything was thought through and done with attention to detail; and it was very clean. The view from the main balcony is breathtaking! Przno is a lovely small place indeed, and it was not crowded at this time of the season (beginning of June), everything there is 5-min walk away - beach, the restaurants, the small shops. The bus to Budva stop near the house. You will enjoy the stay there!

“In our search for a holiday home overseas, we came across Montenegro as an emerging holiday destination. We were amazed by the natural beauty of this small country. Montenegro offered us a Mediteranean climate, dramatic scenery, excellent beaches and much more! We bought our apartment in 2005 and renovated it to a high standard. We chose to buy in Przno because it is one of the loveliest and picturesque resort in Montenegro with Milocer Park on its doorstep. Przno has good amenities for a self catering holiday and is a short bus journey to the bustling town of Budva.”

As well as relaxing on the shore of the turquoise sea, absorbing the stunning scenery, you can also enjoy the many water sports activities from water skiing, sailing, kayaking, jet ski to fishing and more.
There is a variety of walks in the area from gentle strolls in Milocer Park to hiking in the hills above Przno.
The apartment is only 5 mins walk to Przno beach which is a mixture of sand and pebble. There are wonderful beaches strung along the coast in both directions - in fact the area is a beach lovers paradise.
You can fly to the local airport of Tivat (Transfer time is 40 mins by car) or Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia (Transfer time is 2 hours 15 mins). Pick up can be arranged on booking.
Kotor (Medieval Wall City), 28km. Budva, 7km. Sveti Stefan, 1km. Bar, 35km. Cetinje, 25km. Skadar Lake, 28km (One of the largest lakes in Europe).
Przno is a quiet resort town surrounded by hilly olive groves and cedar forests. It retains the atmosphere of a traditional fishing village. Known for its seafood restaurants, it's busy enough to be lively, with a handful of informal bars and restaurants lining the cove. It has pretty views over the mountainous coastline. Przno avails of an outpatient service, post office, food market, several other shops, boutiques and a children playground. A 4 Star Hotel Maestral Resort & Casino is situated in the bay and offers Spa & Wellness facilities, tennis courts, entertainment and Cabaret evenings. An Internet corner and Wi-Fi is also available at this hotel.
A regular bus service operates every 15 minutes.
Close by is Milocer Park, take a leisurely 30 mins walk through its cedar forest to Sveti Stefan - a tiny island attached to the mainland by a narrow isthmus. The island consists of a 14th century wall village (once a fishermen's village and now an exclusive hotel complex) topped by an Orthodox Church.
Also in the close vicinity of Przno are located the Monasteries Praskvica and Duljevo.
Budva, the centre of the Montenegrin Riviera is Montenegro's busiest tourist destination with a well deserved reputation for nightlife in the summer months. The old town of Budva is a Venetian maze of cobblestone streets and squares bustling with boutiques, cafes and restaurants anchored by the 15th century Budva Citadel that just out into the sea. A worthwhile visit!
Two nearby Unesco protected sights are the venetian walled town of Kotor and Skadar Lake, the largest lake in the Balkans.
In the north of Montenegro there is the 2nd largest canyon in the world, the Tara Canyon as well as a rainforest, a glacial lake, National Parks and high mountainous areas which become ski resorts in the winter.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation (bank transfer and cheques only) with the balance due 6 weeks before departure. Whilst no damage deposit is required, we rely on guest to follow home rules in the apartment and to pay for damage cost to our local agent if their is a need to.
Tourist Tax/Stay Tax is payable at our Local Agent's office on arrival. This is 1 euro daily per person, 0.50 cents for teenagers and free for children under 12 years old.
Tourist must also register their stay on day of arrival at the Local Tourist Agency in Przno or Sveti Stefan.
Saturday is the preferred changeover day. Guests should check in after 2 pm and check out by 10am.

Prices are for the property per week in Euros.
If requested, prices can be quoted in pound sterling. Owner will offer discount depending on season, occupancy, and for bookings of 2 weeks period or more. For all bookings of 3 days, price will be increased by 30% of total accommodation cost.

- Notes on accommodation: The apartment has split air-conditioning. Lighting is natural daylight and by night levels are controlled by dimmer switches in all bedrooms, kitchen and lounge area. It is suitable for families or couples but unfortunately not for clients with walking difficulties due to the number of steps to the apartment. Smoking is allowed on balconies only. Outside: The front balcony has stunning views over Przno Bay, the Adriatic Sea and St Nikola Island whilst the side balcony enjoys views of olive groves and the surrounding mountains. There are outdoor chairs and tables for the balconies. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cotton linens, towels, blankets and bed throws are provided. Cleaning of the apartment is done once a week. Property agent available to meet, greet and cater to your needs. Other: There is an iron and ironing board. A drying clothes airer.
