Spacious & attractive 7-bedroom villa overlooking the picturesque Obidos Lagoon surrounded by pine and eucalyptus woodlands on Portugal's unspoilt Silver Coast, within an hour’s drive north (60 miles) of Lisbon airport. Located in a quiet residential area with private garden, BBQ area & fenced off 10m heated swimming pool, providing a pleasant environment to relax. Just minutes to a large sandy beach, with a selection of other lovely beaches close by. Also 10 mins from three high quality golf course and 15 mins to the famous medieval walled town of Obidos. The villa is well located for many other places of interest within an hour’s drive (Lisbon, Sintra, Nazare, Fatima, etc). The villa has an upper level with 5 double bedrooms (two with en-suite), a family bathroom, a large lounge/dinning room with traditional open fire, fully fitted kitchen and veranda. Downstairs is a separate spacious annexe with 2 double rooms, a big family bathroom and an integrated lounge, dinner & kitchen area.

Great family holiday

We had a party of 11 people, age range 25-84. A family celebration for my 60th birthday. The taxi firm had trouble finding the villa as the Sat nav couldn’t find the address but we contacted Robert who directed us. Pick up was fine. The villa is a bit remote and there’s not a lot around it. We went to the local restaurants which was a 25 min walk (we had elderly people with us). Restaurants were fabulous. A very small shop is by the restaurant but you do need to hire a car to get to main supermarkets. Taxis are difficult to find. The villa had everything we needed. There are beautiful nature walks for the able bodied!

A beautiful villa in a perfect location.

We had a lovely week staying at this villa. It was a perfect size to accommodate our large group of 9 people. The pool area was a big hit, along with the beautiful views from the balcony. The villa itself had everything we needed and the location was ideal for accessing Obidos Lagoon and the nearby beaches. I especially enjoyed the track that runs alongside the lagoon, it was great for an early morning run.

First Villa holiday...and it was fab

Villa Lobos was a home from home for the the week we stayed. Beautiful location and we enjoyed all the comforts of home (wifi, washing machine, well stocked kitchen utensils etc) but with a stunning setting. Rosana and Robert were quick to respond when we had a problem with the pool, and it got sorted immediately. Perfect place for our three families to relax, enjoy the pool, walk to the beach, enjoy the local cafe's and drive 20 minutes or so to local towns. Obidos was fab and we enjoyed the medieval festival. Would recommend to anyone wanting to experience an unspoiled. not very touristy part of Portugal.

Lagoa De Obidos

Beautiful house, very spacious. Lovely secluded spot, but still easily walkable to lagoa and beaches. Several good quality restaurants nearby. Instructions for finding the property were very clear and thorough. My family thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent there.

We find that not only ourselves but our gests too, love to enjoy the real Portuguese culture and many historical places to visit within 1 hour from the villa, including Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril, Sintra, Nazare, etc.
You can find lots to do and if you want just to relax it is great for that too.

What makes this property unique

The villa is by the lagoon and very close to the beach.
The size of the property and its facilities can accomodate up to 14 people confortably.
Our fully fenced swimming pool is ideal for younger children. The villa is in a quiet cul de sac with sucluded gardens.
