This spacious apartment provides comfortable accommodation for 6 people. There are 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, separate shower room and 2 WCs. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a bright living/dining room with a long sunny terrace. Located a short walk from the ancient ramparts and medieval centre of Antibes, Port Vauban with its luxury yachts and 2 child friendly sandy beaches. With all amenities close by a car is not essential. Set in landscaped communal gardens, with partial sea views, the apartment makes an ideal base for exploring the beautiful French Riviera – its extensive coastline, stunning mountains and glorious countryside. Trains and buses from the nearby station provide inexpensive and quick access to the classic towns of the Cote d’Azur, Nice, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco.

About Deepa Zaman

My partner and I love France and especially Paris and the south of France. I am a lecturer in further education, and my partner is an information security consultant.

We enjoy french food and wine and have French nieces and nephews!

We also love to travel and visit new or favourite places in France, and always feel excited for prospective guests when they apply looking to stay in Antibes as it is a wonderful location.

Why Deepa Zaman chose Cannes - Grasse - Antibes

We chose to buy an apartment in Antibes as it is on the Cote D'Azur in the South of France. The weather is lovely all year, it's very easy to get to with Nice airport nearby and a train station a few minutes from the apartment. Beautiful Provence is up the road and the back country offers endless walking/driving tours with national parks and natural gorges, mountains and lakes. There are many quaint medieval villages with culinary delights to explore.

We wanted a place that was quick to travel to and also in a complex where mainly French families live, and lovely communal grounds.

What makes this apartment unique

As mentioned our apartment is very easy to get to - Nice airport is around thirty minutes drive away or forty to sixty minutes bus ride away. Antibes railway station is walking distance. Local shops/bakers are a few minutes away and an Olympic sized swimming pool and high spec tennis courts can be found across the road from the complex. Antibes old town, port and nearest beach are all only fifteen minutes walk away.

We also have a reserved parking place in the gated complex.

We chose the apartment because it is a large airy family apartment. It has three bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a large living /dining room, with partial sea views. In addition there are two toilets, and separate bath and shower. Perfect for 6 people.

Spacious and well appointed apartment

A heartfelt thank you to Deepa for all the care and attention that has so obviously been put into this lovely apartment. It is probably one of the best holiday houses we have ever rented, and we have rented a few. We had a fantastic week and Nicole, the housekeeper, was very helpful.

The centre of old town Antibes itself is very close by and we felt the smaller, more enclosed beach (which is nearer) was probably the best of the three we encountered.

Speedos are compulsory at the Olympic sized municipal swimming pool at the end of the road, so be prepared. (We weren't, and had to borrow a pair. I'm sure they gave me the smallest they could find...)

Eating out is a bit hit and miss; Mister Pizza around the corner is good and not too expensive. We found a lot of very average places charging very high prices in the town.

Possibly the best times we had were at the apartment itself. There are two balconies for sunlovers, a decent DVD library (in English) and space to spread out and relax, eating food from the nearby supermarket and boulangerie.

All in all, a very enjoyable holiday. Recommended.

Relaxing stay in a great location

A lovely couple of weeks. The flat is spacious and comfortable and the owners are really friendly and helpful. Handy for town and beach, and just around the corner from the bus and train station, which makes it for easy day trips without the need for a hire car. Also means getting to and from Nice airport is very convenient. There's a great little bakery a couple of minutes away, perfect for breakfast pastries!

Half Term Break

Although late in the year for a seaside holiday the weather was fair and the sea had not yet cooled down on the Cote d'azur. The apartment was clean, well equiped and ample for a family of 6 with a delightful, pine clad children's bedroom that my daughters loved. We were within walking distance of the nearest beaches but the beauty of the location is it's access to all of the Cote d'azure so we were so weach day we had a different town and beach to explore includingh a day in Italy. i would striongly recommend this apartment for anyone who is interested in visiting the area.

Nice appartment- the good solution

Very well placed in Antibes, this apartment is a good choice. Lighted, with big spaces, well equipped - it's very good as ratio price / confort. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Location, location, location

Less than 5 mins walk from the station, this apartment was perfect for seeing as much as possible of the area. Visited Nice, Monaco and Cannes by train and just jumped on a bus to Juan Les Pins. Mr Pizza at the end of the road makes it impossible to starve. Apartment itself is very well furnished and equipped with everything you could want. Went with 2 girlfriends and I got the kids room/ships cabin. LOVED IT! Owners very helpful with local tips and info and Nicole was lovely.

Would be only too happy to recommend to friends & family and would use again as I love the area.

Refundable Damage Deposit £271

Booking Notes:
We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the price of the rental period on booking. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks before occupancy. A refundable security deposit of €320 / £250 in case of breakages/damage is paid with the balance and refunded one week after departure subject to a satisfactory inspection. Longer or shorter bookings can be made depending on availability and time of year. During the peak months May - October the booking runs from Saturday 15.00 hrs to 10.30 hrs the following Saturday. Guests are requested to vacate punctually.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day and time is normally Saturday with departures by 10.30 and arrivals from 15.00 hrs onwards during May to October. At other times we can accommodate arrival throughout the week.

Notes on prices:
Prices for the property per week are in Euros but can be paid in sterling as well. During February, Easter, May and October and Christmas UK school holidays, rental rates will differ from the normal rates and guests will be informed of the rates on enquiry.

The main renter must be over 21. Outside: There is a long sunny terrace spanning the south and west side of the apartment. Chairs and table provide a place for morning coffee in the sun or an evening drink under the stars. The terrace overlooks extensive, landscaped communal gardens with a raised woodland garden for children to explore. The apartment comes with a designated parking bay. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / weekly cleaning service: Towels and linen provided. We kindly request that towels are not taken to the beach. Apartment cleaned before arrival and after departure once a week. Also, in between cleaning if renting for more than one week Other: All the rooms are comfortable and well furnished.
