Overlooking the Marina of Puerto Portals with 2 minute direct access into the upmarket Puerto Portals Marina. The apartment is also 5 minutes walk to the sandy and safe Portals Beach or the village and all the amenities of Portals Nous. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, an open plan lounge/kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The apartment is situated on the second floor with direct lift access from street level, Portals Nous is home of the rich and famous with designer boutiques and top class restaurants and the village of Portals Nous has all the amenities you should require. Palma is 15 minutes by car and airport is only 20 minutes. There are also a number of golf courses within 20 minutes drive including Real Golf Bendinat, Santa Ponsa, Son Vida and Andratx.

Very well equipped appartment in excellent location

We had a lovely stay in Portals Nous. The flat is very well equipped and very clean and smart.

It has three very good double bedrooms.The single best feature is a wonderful balcony overlooking the marina and out to the sea. This balcony gets sun all day long.

The local beach is very accessible and well equipped with loungers, parasols, etc.

It is well worth exploring the the restaurants in town up the hill from the beach - as they are all very good and a lot better value for money than the marina side restaurants (although they are also very good - but pricey). We particularly liked Vivaldi restaurant in Portal Nous.

Very easy to get bus to and from Palma if required.

Everything went like clockwork in respect of the arrangements and we would definitely stay at this property in the future.

Fabulous apartment, great views, superb location

Just returned from a 2 week stay here. Great modern apartment, superb location with fantastic sea and marina views across the whole bay. Centrally based for all shops and nightlife and 5 mins from local village and beach. Very clean with a linen change mid week. Massive sunny patio for dining and relaxing. Large, clean communal swimming pool and garden area. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent bars and restaurants in surrounding area. Lovely holiday !!!

Fabulous apartment, superb location, great views !

Just returned from a 2week stay in this fabulous front line apartment. Excellent sea and marina views and ideally situated for all amenities. Must have one of the best views in the area. Huge sunny patio for dining and relaxing whilst taking in the superb views. Very large communal swimming pool...very quiet and clean. Apartment has excellent amenities and is very large and spacious. Portal Nous dining and night life is superb....and beach and local village is about 5mins away Would definitely stay here again.

Bit too noisy

We stayed at this apartment which had wonderful views of the sea and was close to good restaurants. However we did encounter quite a bit of noise from neighbouring apartments including next doors TV first thing in the morning and could not sleep even with earplugs. The building must have inadequate thickness of walls as one can hear lots of noise from all other apartments. Not for us again.

Location, location, location

Perfect location on sunny Mallorca just on the brink of the superb Puerto Portals in Portals Nous with great beach, restaurants and shops. Close walk to main street of Portals Nous that offers several restaurants, bars and stores on a more "budget level" than the port.

The apartment is OK and was surely on a high level when it was new, but now needs an update. The view over the port is excellent. The poolarea is large and sunny and the parking space in the underground garage is very close to the apartment.

Beautiful place

Just returned from a weeks holiday at this apartment with my 3 teenage children! I must admit I was not in the best of moods after waiting for car hire for 2 hours but that is the car hire company problem, nothing concerning the apartment. So when we did finally arrive very late in the evening we were met by a very friendly lady who showed us in. I was extremely pleased to see that there was a nice little welcome pack there with a few alcoholic beverages in which I thought was brilliant and well needed!

The apartment was very clean, towels and linen were nice and clean and there is nothing I could fault! The children were more than happy and logged into the wifi within seconds! The pool is great and the apartment has a wonderful view. There are some lovely bars in the area too. Would I stop here again? ................ Most definitley!

The local beaches are safe, secure and sandy. Portals beach is away from roads, has toilet and shower facilities and is five minutes walk from the apartment.

If you wish to venture further afield, Illetes with its stunning beach club, Palma Nova which is ideal for families and Cala Falco for those who wish to escape the maddening crowds are all within 15 minutes drive.

Travel:

Palma airport is 25 minutes from the apartment via the main motorway or the Paseo Maritimo which takes you along the coastal road past the cathedral and marinas.

Distances:

The stunning city of Palma which has the cathedral, a number of museums and fantastic shopping is 20 minutes drive away.

Portals Nous which has a supermarket, banks etc is 5 minutes walk.
