Townhouse in Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Costa Blanca - Quiet Location Opposite The Pool On A Prestigious Golf Complex

The house is an end of terrace so we have a lovely landscaped patio area that attracts the sun throughout the day with a BBQ, Gazebo, sun loungers, tables and chairs.Internet access available. With access to our 'key holder only' communal pool just a metres away. Car parking outside the house. Situated in the Real Club de Golf Campoamor complex 5 minutes walk away from the 4 star hotel and golf center and just 20 minutes from Murcia airport 45 Minutes form Alicante. The complex is gated and provides full security. The townhouse is situated about 10 minutes by car from the unspoiled beaches of the Costa Calida. There is a supermarket shops and restaurants 10 minutes walk from the house. Our prices are inclusive of clean and linen .

We are a family that love to travel but like a comfortable base.

We were looking for a holiday home in Spain stayed in this lovely house and decided to buy it nothing else compared to it in the area

Why Judy Watkins chose Orihuela

We fell in love with this house as it has the sun all day long all year round, the gardens are well keep and the swimming pool so close. We have a large patio so plenty of room to entertain, a brick built BBQ and a lovely Gazebo if it gets too hot.

We have outside lighting on the Patio if you wish to sit out till late. The airconditioning is great and will even pump out warm air in the winter. its home from home.

What makes this house unique

Our house is close to all the bars and returants on site but far away not to be disturbed, about a 10 minute walk.

Its a safe area with good security on site and on the local bus route for the beaches.

It is close to the blue flag beaches of the Costa Calida our favorite beeing Calle Capitan on a hot day you can sit in the sea and let the waves wash over you.

We have an excellent shopping centre near by if you fancy a bit of reatail Therapy.

On a clear day you can see the coast down to La Manga from the balcany a lovely view all year round.

Notes on accommodation: Fully air conditoned but please dont leave it running 24/7 or you will be charged. We leave a few essentals tea and coffe please replace anything you use. Outside: As we have a corner plot we have a lovely spacious patio area paved and landscaped so there is ample room for entertaining. We have a table, BBQ, chairs parasol and 4 sun loungers. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen the exit clean towels and linen are included in the weekly price on 4 persons staying extra people will be charged at £30 per person per week Cleaning can be arranged on longer stays.

Very neat, roomy vacation house

Everything necessary was in place, we had a nice stay. The people receiving us did a good job.

It was neat, and pleasant. Thank you again for the child cod!

Small point of critique: the dishwasher doesn't really work. It seems to, but dirty plates and glasses aren't cleaned enough (not really a problem for us, we did it by hand).

perfect for families

we stayed at here last year...and loved it..the villa is one of the larger ones with fantastic areas to dine and sunbathe...only a very short walk to the pool..i could on the patio with a glass of vino....also prepare the meal..and watch the family getting the last swim of the day. perfect. Would def go back.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance of the payment is required 6 weeks prior to your holiday beginning. Including a £100 refundable deposit against damages which will be returned within 7 days of your return if no damages have occured. We can also arrange your airport pick up and advise on car hire.   • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
