Family friendly, comfortable apartment that has all you need for your holiday. So much variety to suit young and old!

Two bedroom apartment located in Arroyo De La Miel just on the north side of Benalamdena Costa. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. The owner’s reside here approximately 3 months of the year. As well as the main bathroom there is an additional room with toilet and wash-basin which comes in useful when there are 7 guests. There is a UK TV system installed. Outside there is a private swimming pool and separate children's pool surrounded by gardens. Set in a quiet area, yet within easy walking distance to many facilities such as a 10/15 walk to the beach, many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tourist shops and all night nightclubs for the party animals amongst you. It is 10 minute walk to the beautiful Paloma Park. The closest train station is Arroyo de la Miel and the trains are clean, efficient and punctual. They run from Fuengirola to Malaga, aswell as lines taking you to the countryside.

Notes on accommodation: The orientation of the property is south and west. A full length panoramic window from the dining/sitting room overlooks the town and the mountains. A canopy can be lowered to protect from the strong setting sunlight. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ample storage space. The main bedroom has an under-floor safety/security deposit box inside the wardrobe. The building has 2 lifts accessing all (5) floors. Outside: Outside there is a communal swimming pool which is private to the community and it's guests. There is a separate children's pool. Around the pool there is a grassed area and gardens. There is also a non-reserved car parking area which guests who have hired cars can use so that their cars are parked in a secure environment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are provided. The property will be cleaned before guests arrive. There is plenty of spare bed linen if guests wish to change the beds. A maid service is not normally available. Other: There is a separate room with dining table and chairs at one end and cane chairs with a coffee table at the other end. There are sliding glass doors between this room and the lounge which can be opened so that the 2 rooms almost become one room.

Loved the apartment and area

Very spacious apartment loads of room for 2 adults and 2 kids also we had the pool pretty much to ourselves most of the time unheard of in August in most places will definitely stay here again

Ideal apartment

This apartment was ideal and more spacious than it looked in pictures. Location was great about 10-15 walk to beach and marina and about 5 mins from Bonanza Square. Great supermarket 5 mins away as well. Communication was excellent and would definately recommend staying here.

the apartment was beautiful, loads of shops, food places n bars, perfect size swimming pools, this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. Thanks u ever so much. We will be hopefully be booking again soon

Superbly comfortable, great location.

My partner and I went to stay in the apartment just before Christmas thanks to a family friend and we had a wonderful time, particularly in this accommodation. The room is spacious and warm (literally), with plenty of space to enjoy a comfortable holiday.

I was most impressed with the location, ideal for restaurants, bars and the local amenities. The playground and a pool is a huge added bonus for families.

Hugely recommended, don't delay!

Benalmadena Costa beaches are just 10 mins walk away. There is a train which runs along the road between Benalmadena marina/beaches and Tivoli World Amusement Park. Access to this train is just 5 mins walk away. All beaches have sunbeds and sunshades available for hire as well as pedalos, jet-skis, paragliding, boat rides etc. There are bars/restaurants located on most beaches. All beaches are 'blue-flag' beaches and many have life-guards and first aid posts on site.


Malaga airport is just 10km away. Cost by taxi is around 25 euros, one-way. For less than 5 guests, it may be possible to meet guests at the airport at a charge below taxi rates. Car-hire is plentiful but not essential as many amenities are close by and public transport is cheap. A regular train service from Malaga Airport to Arroyo De la Miel runs every 15 minutes and costs 1 Euro 75 Cents each journey.


There are many places of interest to visit in Andalucia. There are numerous travel shops offering coach trips to places of interest. Gibraltar is 120km away, there are daily coach trips for sightseeing or just shopping. To the west there the Nerja caves. There are coach trips to the area of the lakes approx 45km to the north and the town of Antequerra. Public transport (trains and buses) is cheap and plentiful for visiting Mijas, Fuenguirola, Marbella, Torremolinos and Malaga.

Further Details:

There are many interesting things to do around the area. To familiarise yourself with the whole area there is an open-top bus tour available; tickets are valid for 24 hours. Tivoli World amusement park is just 10 mins walk. From here you can take the cable car to the top of the mountain where you can usually see the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. There is a bar at the top of the mountain and a bird of prey show. If you are feeling really energetic you can walk back down the mountain! In Torremolinos to the east there is an Aqua Park and a crocodile park. In Fuenguirola to the west there is also an Aqua Park and a zoo just 10 mins walk from the railway station. Benalmadena Marina is just 20 mins walk away, from here you can take various boat trips including a boat to Malaga and to Fuenguirola. Sea fishing trips are also available. Malaga city is within easy reach by train or bus. Again there is an open-top bus tour where you can get on/off at various stops. There is a marina where huge cruise ships stop-over, a cathedral and a castle. You can also visit the house where Pablo Picasso was born and visit the Picasso museum. Like any large city there are good shopping areas. Going west towards Gibraltar, near the town of Estapona, there is a safari park, buses run daily from Benalmadena Costa.

Booking Notes:
After checking availability on calendar, contact Gwyn or Emma preferably by email. A deposit is payable in order to secure the booking. Any booking will be held for 2 weeks whilst the deposit is being paid and the cheque being cleared. The balance is payable by cash in UK Pounds immediately upon arrival. A refundable security deposit of £100 to cover any damages is also payable. Minor breakages, e.g. cup, plate, etc. are not charged for.
If your fight home is a late departure and you wish to stay in the apartment after 10.00am, there will be a £30 charge.
NB. This service is subject to availability and must be pre-booked.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are very flexible. Apartment might not be available until 4pm on arrival day & may have to be vacated by 10am on departure day. This arrangement is flexible but may be implemented on 'same-day' changeovers. Luggage storage available.

Notes on prices:
Prices are total prices for up to 4 occupants. Additional quests are charged at €25 extra per week. Additional discounts will be given for bookings of long winter lets. Discounts for last minute bookings on available weeks.
