A luxury new ground floor apartment in the Oasis Parque Complex. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property can sleep 4/6 comfortably (a sofa bed in the lounge). The apartment has modern air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms and lounge. A 2 minute stroll to the superb leisure centre, comprising of outdoor and indoor pools and jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts and cafe. The apartment has a private west-facing back garden, a large front terrace and garden. Oasis Parque is situated 6 minutes drive from Alvor which is a delightful fishing village with many excellent restaurants and bars. There are several fabulous beaches and coves within a short drive.

About the Owner

We are an active family, my husband and I enjoy the cliff top walks, lots of tennis and bridge. If i go in winter I try to swim 50 lengths every day and then allow myself time in the jacuzzi. At least I deserve my lunch after this.

Our son spends hours in the pool both the indoor and outdoor he also like to go to Pennina and hit some golf balls.

Our daughter enjoys going to the apartment and goes to Alvor for the Kite surfing.

I am happy to drive around the area but our daughter does not drive and catches buses everywhere. At first she was a bit nervous but now is happy to go on her own she is so confident.

This was our second return to Oasis Parque. We chose this apartment for its locality & the outside area both front & back instead of a balcony to enable us to have barbecues. It did not disappoint. The interior was very welcoming as were the 2 bathrooms & air con which in Aug is an absolute must!! Allison was very helpful prior to our holiday & both Roger & Margaret who will greet you upon arrival informed us of everything we needed to know. We would love to return back to O P & would definitely recommend this apartment. 1 minute to the fab swimming pools far enough away not to hear noise. Enjoy Im sure you will. Beautiful Apartment lovely area

This is our 2nd stay in this lovely apartment, you certainly couldn't ask for anything more, it is very well equipped even down to hair straightners! It's also spotlessly clean with super comfy beds, a lovely little garden area complete with bbq ideal if you want a night in. oasis Parque itself is a lovely complex very quiet, which we like as its found nice to finish the evening off outside with a chilled glass of wine! We don't generally use the pool area as prefer the nearby beaches but again when we have used it it is very well maintained & clean. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment & will definitely return next year.

Beautiful apartment

This was our first stay at Oasis Park and we weren't disappointed. To begin with, Allison's prompt communications made the whole booking process very simple. On our arrival we were greeted by Roger who showed us around the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. It was extremely clean and equipped to a high standard. With two young teens in the party the WiFi, dvds and games were a welcome addition.The apartment is located within a few minutes walk of the pool, tennis courts and cafe and even though it is part of a larger development of villas and apartments, it is very quiet, both day and night. We didn't hire a car choosing to use taxis (which were very reliable) and the local bus, which stops at Oasis Park. However, we agreed a car would have given us greater flexibility to explore the local area due to the apartments location. Overall, we had a great holiday and would certainly recommend the apartment to others.

Home away from home

As a family of 4, we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-appointed - a real home away from home. Only a 2-minute walk to the pool, tennis courts and café. This was a great base for exploring the western Algarve, including Portimao, Praia da Rocha, Silves and Lagos.

You won't be disappointed

The facilities within the apartment included the little things and hair dryer and hair straightening irons, plug adapted too.

Immaculately looked after and fully maintained.

The owners are professional people and they take care of their apartment in a similar fashion via onsite English speaking management.

The owners offer plenty of information and advice from car hire to local restaurants.

Inside the apartment there is a well stocked folder detailing external services, appliance instructions and general information that is worth taking note of.

The location is very good, as it is three or four mins walk to the leisure complex.

Situated on the ground floor the apartment is private and there is a fully enclosed paved back garden with seating and sun beds plus a charcoal BBQ.

Not forgetting the fast wifi too. We used Skype and what's app to call home.

On the subject of technology, plenty of DVDs available to play on the television.

A perfect family holiday

My parents have stayed in this apartment a few times but it was my first visit with my 2 children who are 12 and 16. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are polite and extremely helpful. The apartment is beautiful and has everything that you need. The rooms are very spacious and the air con was a must especially in August. The bonus for me was the wifi, it kept my son happy for hours. The pools were very clean and not too busy considering it was August. The food at the on site restaurant was amazing as well. All in all a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Thank you

Great family holiday

My family and I had a very enjoyable holiday at the Rosenthal's apartment. We have 2 small children and we found it secure and very well equipped. The Oasis Parque complex was very well maintained and the facilities were in excellent condition. We would thoroughly recommend it to any couples or families that are looking for a relaxed holiday. We will certainly be going there again.

From the Owner

We love the area because it is quiet, central to lots of interesting places. It is not as commercial as other more touristy areas which suits us very well. We also wanted somewhere where the children can be safe and be able to get around from. Our daughter is going this year with a group of friends.

Nearest Airport : Faro at 70 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : In the complex at 200 Metres Nearest Golf : Pennina at 3 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : In the complex and 3 others walking distance at 200 Metres Nearest Beach : Alvor at 7 Kilometres


There are several fabulous beaches and coves within a short drive.


An easy 45 minute drive from Faro airport. Car hire recommended, competitive rates can be obtained from local agents.

Alternatively a taxi can be arranged at a reasonable rate.

It is a short bus ride to Portimao, which is available from within Oasis Parque. Portimo is a wonderful bussling place with fantastic shops and restuarants


Oasis Parque is situated 6 mins drive from Alvor which is a delightful fishing village with many excellent restaurants and bars. Lagos is 20 minutes away with its bustling marina and nightlife.

Further Details:

2 minute stroll to the superb leisure centre, comprising of outdoor and indoor pools and Jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts and cafe/restuarant. Within walking distance you can reach a few friendly bars & restaurants within the village of Chao das Donas. 2 supermarkets are within a 5 minutes drive or 15 mins easy walk.

£200 non-refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. A breakages bond of £200 will be applicable and returned on receipt of the keys and swipe cards.

I love going any time of the year. In the summer in the heat we have the shaded front patio that gets the morning sunshine and the shade in the afternoon. The back garden is great if you want to sit in the sun, the flowers are really lovely and again it is very peaceful. If I was to describe the apartment in one sentence it is that it is a real home from home.

Also included is a hairdryer, tennis rackets, collection of games, DVD's and books for visitors use. Internet access is at the the cafe and in our apartment. Outside: Front terrace has a large patio table with 6 chairs. Back garden features 2 sun loungers, table 4 chairs and BBQ.
