The apartments have been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and are located within 5 minutes walking distance to 2 beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets; a further 5 minutes walk leads you to the fabulous international Cala d'Or marina, where you will find restaurants to suit all tastes. Beautiful ancient villages are a few minutes away - some of which have lively weekly markets. The lively resort of Cala d'Or is five minutes away by road or a leisurely 15 minutes walk around the marina, where you will find plenty of shops, dozens of restaurants and bars in the pedestrianised area, as well as another 3 beaches. The beaches and town centres are also served by a regular mini-train, which appeals to children and adults alike and is a very cost effective way of touring the local area. Those wishing to explore further afield can take the mini-train to the picturesque village of Cala Mondrago with its nature reserve, white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.

- Booking Notes:
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is also a £200 breakage deposit which is refundable subject to inspection of the apartments following departure.
Please note smoking is not allowed within the apartments and pets are not permitted.
Please note: Subject to availabiliy, the apartments may also be booked during low season as two or one bedroom apartments at the owners' discretion.
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but this is flexible where possible during low season. The apartments are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise.

We accept payments by Paypal. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Deposit to secure booking: 20%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit: £200.00 Please contact us for rates during other times of the year including bank holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year. Minimum rental period is one week. The rental rates shown apply to both the ground floor and 1st floor apartments.

Activity and Interests
The apartments are within five minutes walk from two beaches, both of which are safe for children. One beach has only a small beach bar for drinks and snacks but the other also has a swimming pool area and children's play area. Cooler box and beach umberella provided.
The apartments are located approximately 45 minutes driving time from Palma airport; a taxi from the airport will cost around €68.00. Car hire is not necessary but can be arranged locally. Buses and taxis are available within a few minutes walk from the apartments and the mini-train also stops adjacent to the taxi rank.
A 5 mins drive away will bring you into Porto Petro, a pretty fishing port with several small Mallorcan-owned restaurants offering a Menu del Dia for approximately 6/7 euros. Further afield there is the lovely stone town of Santanyi where there is a market every Wednesday and Saturday morning. A little further out there is Cala Figuera which is a working fishing village where you can watch the fishermen unload and weigh the fish everyday around 4pm.
There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars in Cala Egos, Cala D'Or as well as a chemist, doctors' surgeries and supermarkets. A short walk will take you to the lovely Cala D'Or marina which has many lovely restaurants and bars where you can sit and watch the beautiful boats come and go. Watersports, scuba diving, horse riding, tennis and fishing facilities are all available nearby.

- Notes on accommodation: The living areas and all 3 bedrooms have independantly remote controlled air conditioning/heating units. High chair and travel cot provided. Shopping trolley. Barbecue. Iron & Ironing board. Outside: The apartments are suitable for young children as the complex is completely contained within high fences and automatic gates. Each apartment has a large terrace provided with a table and six chairs. The terrace overlooks a peaceful garden area with a larger than average shared pool for only eight apartments; showers and communal sun loungers are provided around the pool area. The two designated parking spaces provided for each apartment are accessed by an electrically operated remote controlled gate; an entry-phone system within each apartment is also provided to welcome visitors to the complex.
