The complex is a small friendly low level complex conveniently positioned in the exclusive area of Los Cristianos, close to numerous good quality restaurants and bars.

The complex has large sundecks and free loungers with great views across Los Cristianos to the sea.

The centre of Los Cristianos is approx a 15 minute walk. The bar on the complex offers good value for money, both for drinks and lunchtime snacks. The apartment has open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms all on the same level. It is equipped with most things needed for a relaxing holiday including hair dryer, DVD player, CD player, iron and board.

Notes on accommodation: All bedrooms and lounge have ceiling fans fitted. One portable fan and security safe are included. We can hire fold up single beds for extra guests. Cost for extra guests is £70 per week which includes hire of guest beds. There is plenty of room in the main bedroom for the extra bed, alternatively it can be placed in the lounge. Outside: Balcony has two small tables and four patio chairs with views across pool, to Las Americas and the sea. The pool has plenty of sun loungers, cushions are provided by us and may be taken to the pool, restaurants are within a 5 min walk. The bar offers good food, snacks and very reasonably priced beer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A full set of towels/linen is included for each person. All that is needed is beach towels. All beds will be made up on arrival and will be changed after the first week, if appropriate. Other: Within the complex is a supermarket and laundry facilities. If you wish to purchase Wi-Fi it is available from phase 2 reception, the cost is 15 euros per week. We use it ourselves it is quick & safe, a months use costs 30 euros.

I would give 4.5 star - cause lack of Wi Fi connection

the property is excellent ! clean , beautiful, spacious and has got everything you ask for !! The rooms were spacious and lovely. No problems whatsoever !! I would defenitely recommend the apartment. Walking distance from the beach is 15-20min on the way back uphill with nice views and local bars and restaurants. The local supermarket is just round the corner with friendly and helpful staff . The neighbourhood is quiet and lovely.

Lovely apartment in a good location

Just returned from a week in Los Cristianos. This apartment was ideal. Great size, with plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. It has all the necessary facilities needed and is well maintained and very clean . The complex bar and pool area are nice. The pool was heated which is a bonus.. Location is also good , with a 15 minute walk down to sea front. Plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we visit in the future. Winter Escape

Spacious apartment.

Good range of UK Tv available and super clean heated pool on complex.

Only negative for us was the narrow balcony which gets absolutely no sun during December

Owner's Response: Thanks for the honest review, glad the new pool heater is working well, it was installed in Oct 16. Yes the balcony is a bit narrow, but hope the large rooms in the apartment compensated.

Just leaving this fabulous Apartment in Tenerife Been here for 2 week our 2nd Visit to Clive and Sue’s Apartment and For the 2nd time a Wonderful stay, Complex is very well Located with Walking Distance of 3 Supermarkets and Many Restaurants and Bars, Bar 39 down the Hill after the Royal Palm Apartment is Fab for a Night of Entertainment some very good Tribute Acts on Including Blues Brothers, Beatles and a Billy Connelly For the Adults Very Very funny. There is also an Argentinian steak House on the Corner next to the Taxi Rank which is most definably worth a try. The Apartment its Self was Super Clean Very well Maintained very spacious for Family’s 2 great sized Bedrooms with ceiling fans and a portable fan for that extra breeze on the warm days as this last 2 weeks it hit 30+ on some days and the balcony in the peak afternoon sunshine is perfect for topping up your tan. Once again thank you for our stay and look forwarding to returning again in the future. Will, Bill, Karen

Fab place to stay.

Just returned from our fab week in your lovely apartment. i would like to say it is probably one of the nicest if not the nicest 2 bed apt we have stayed in. And we have visited the Island on many occasions. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Much larger than it looks in the photos. Both bedrooms are equal in size. All rooms equipped with ceiling fans and also a portable fan which came in very handy. The apartment also has its own hot water supply ensuring hot water at any time of the day...plenty for 3 adult showers one after the other.

Swimming pool was warm...i swam every day. Very quiet with plenty of sunbeds. The poolside bar was friendly and reasonably priced. Nice places to eat and drink close by with a lovely walk downhill to the beach.

Would recommend this apartment to anyone and we are planning to return again at the end of the year if we are lucky enough to find a vacant week.

Website Details need updating

Lovely apartment, nicely decorated but unfortunately the description of the complex needs updating and a couple of things I would like to point out.

The plates, glasses and cutlery all needed a good wash before use, they were dirty and smelt musty. The tap in the kitchen sink was falling apart.

Balcony with views across pool - yes, if you stand on a chair right in the corner of the balcony and look over next doors balcony.

The pool is definitely not heated, in fact it was freezing cold. Also you can't use the other pool in Phase 2, which looked a nicer and bigger pool and apparently, according to the maintenance person, you've never been able to use it . I thought the sign at the side of the pool was interesting 'Pool Surface Disintegration Swim at your own risk' luckily it didn't put our 10 year old son off and he didn't cut his feet on the missing tiles on the bottom of the pool.

We got talking to a young couple who were also told that the pool was heated and that was the main reason they chose Los Diamantes, as they had an 18 month of son. Unfortunately the pool was too cold for them to use.

We were told that the complex was one road down from Beverly Hills Club, it was one road up and it was a very big up. On the plus side, it kept the weight off with all the walking we did.

There are some nice restaurants on the walk down into Los Cristianos.

All in all we had a very pleasant stay in Tenerife, but please up date your website and ask the cleaner to make sure cupboard contents are clean.

Owner's Response: Very sorry my guests RJ did not have a great experience but glad that they found the "apartment lovely" I will address each comment individually. Sme I can, and will correct, others are beyond my control. Apartment - Actions taken - Full spring clean of apartment and all crockery & Cutlery. Kitchen tap will be replaced. If guests had texted me on arrival, I wouldhave resolved the issue right away, i.e.have had the glasses cleaned and arranged for a new tap to be fitted, I have informed the management company to spring clean and fit a new tap ASAP. Views to pool- agree they are to the right, but you do not need to stand on chair. Action - when next in the apartment I will take a photo and state views are only to the right. Heating in Pools - Sorry heating was not on, owners have been informed that the heating is on during the Winter. Action - I have asked the complex management company to inform me when / if the heating is off, I will add a comment to my site that I cannot guarantee that the heating will be on. Shared pools - "The maintenance person" is wrong: we have previously had a reciprocal arrangement with phase 2 to use each others pools. Action - This arrangement has obviously been removed, I will remove any reference to this from my site. "Pool Surface Disintegration" - Not sure what this means? but just like the UK, Health & Safety / risks / insurance claims are on the up. They appear to be covering themselves. Action - I will ask management when the pool will be rectified. Tiles are small mosaic will need to close pool, drain and rectify. Location - The complex is one road down from the Beverley Hills as mentioned and is on the same road as the Beverley Hills Club. Action: We will ensure that this is clarified on site. Slightly disappointed that the guests did not notify us personally during their visit and given us the chance to rectify things but now that we are aware of the points raised, we will do all that we can to rectify matters.

You can whale and dolphin watch from a boat from Los Cristianos harbour.


Beaches are approx 15 minutes walk.


Taxi from the south airport takes approx 15 minutes. Cost approx £12 (20 euros).

Local buses go direct from the airport to Los Cristianos and the cost for a one way ticket is under 2 euros per adult.


The busy night life of Los Americas is only a short taxi ride away, approx £4. Taxis are happy to return you from the center cost approx £2. Supermarket 100m, laundry within complex.
