Townhouse in Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca, Spain - Air-Conditioned Bedrooms, Ideal For Couples And Families

This 3 bed house is situated in an excellent area for holiday makers close to bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A 5 min drive will bring you to the new Zenia Boulevard shopping centre - its the largest in the Alicante region and boosts about 150 shops. The blue flag beaches at Playa Flamenca are only a 5 minute drive away and behind the house is a communal pool area. There is also a public pool less than 100m away (very popular during the summer) which also has crazy golf, pool tables etc. Less than 5 mins from the house there's a convenience shop. The popular Wicklow Abbey tavern is 10 mins walk away and boasts a large beer garden. There is a commercial centre in Playa Flamenca which has plenty of bars and restaurants including Spanish, Hungarian, Italian, Indian and Chinese, all within a 22 min walk from the house. Torrevieja town is about 10 mins drive away and has a large promenade with a daily flea market, fun fair and marina.

Clean and great location

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kevin's house and thought it was a great location with a communal and public pool right on the doorstep. Not far from a good selection of bars and restaurants and to make it even better the weather was great all week. The house itself was plenty big enough for the 6 adults and one child and a nice sunny aspect. Will definitely book again. Thanks Kevin.

Spacious and clean. Good location

Kevin was extremely helpful and always answered any queries promptly. The property was great and extremely clean and very secure. I stayed for 1 week with my partner and 2 kids and they didn't want to leave. The pool was clean and was empty the whole time I was there. U basically get it to yourself. Pool across the road was great my kids loved it. House is ideally located with a 10 min walk to playa flamenca centre and 15 min walk to the Saturday market. I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic 👌🏽

This holiday was a last minute baby moon, which we decided on last min! The villa was perfect, loads of space and everything you need was provided.

Just 2 of us were staying though the villa is 3 bedroom and a pool to the rear, which was spot on.

The neighbours were all very friendly and happy, the villa is in a great location, a little walk to the centre for all the shops, bars and some fantastic restaurants.

Local shop baked fresh bread everyday and supermarket with a few minutes walk.

When we booked the villa the arrangements and payment ect.... Was all done very easily with the owner Kevin.

We would defo book again.

Spent a week here with the hubby,lovely house,spotless and well maintained. From booking the holiday to the end of our holiday was hassle free. Lovely quiet location but only 5/10 mins to bars and restaurants, just a 20 minute walk for a lovely Sunday lunch at The Odd Couples. Bus stop just around the corner from house and also a lovely bakery, bread baked fresh daily and is to die for. The pool was heaven on those very hot days and was never packed. Mike and Wendy were on call if needed, (which we didn't ) and transfers from airport to the house was arranged for us,thank you Phil and Angela for picking us up and dropping us off. All in all a well deserved break in wonderful surrounding, will definitely be returning.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Murcia at 27 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Villamartin at 3 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : La Florida at 800 Metres Nearest Beach : Playa Flamenca at 3 Kilometres Car: not necessary


A short drive will take you to the 'Blue Flag' beaches at Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Punto Prima, Cabo Roig. During the summer months a circular bus service usually operates between the area and Playa Flamenca beach. The new promenade here is an excellent place for that late evening walk which takes you along by the beaches and cliffs and is highly recommended in the cool of the evening.


Alicante Airport is approx 50 mins drive (depending on traffic conditions) and Murcia Airport is approx 30 mins. Although not essential, car hire is recommended if you wish to travel around the surrounding areas - (Houseowner will give advice on best car hire companies on request)

Further Details:

The new Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is only a 5 min drive away. Its the biggest shopping centre in the Alicante region and has about 150 shops and also a bowling alley. Not to be missed is the Playa Flamence Saturday market (apparently one of the largest on the Costa Blanca) to get your bargains and fresh fruit and veg. Other activities which you may be interested in include go-karting, horse riding, fishing, sailing. Torrevieja is approx 10 mins drive away and has a lively promenade, flea market, marina and fun fair. Other entertainments include the Aqua Park and multiplex cinema.

  • Notes on accommodation: The accommodation is suitable for families and couples. The 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning. Cots and other baby requirements are available to hire and can be arranged to be left in the house before renting if requested. The house comes with a private and secure car parking space. The house is also fitted with smoke alarms. Outside: Both upstairs bedrooms lead onto their own sun terraces (1 of these looks out onto the communal pool and garden area). There is a children's area in this pool also, which can be easily supervised from the sun terraces. Showers are adjacent to the pool. Just across the road, there is a public pool with a bar, crazy golf, pool tables and other table games. Sun loungers are provided for the sun terraces and a parasol is available for use on the beach. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean linen and towels provided. Cleaning and laundry carried out at every changeover at a cost of 50 euros (to be paid on arrival), but can be cleaned more frequently on request (50 euros).
