An ideal location to enjoy a relaxing holiday with spectacular countryside and 7 km of unspoilt beaches, or for the superb golf courses nearby.

Why Lynn chose Mojacar area

We decided we liked the area so much we wanted to have our own place there, so bought our apartment in 2006. We have lovely views of the mountains and rural Spain behind the complex and from our balcony the deep blue of the sea.

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartment complex is in the centre of Mojacar Playa yet quietly located and only a few minutes walk to the beaches, bars and restaurants. Outside there is a large private sun terrace facing the sea and overlooking the pool, which is perfect for eating or sitting out in the evenings. This can be accessed from the living room and from the master bedroom.

Notes on accommodation: The whole apartment is air-conditioned; both hot and cold, with quality furnishings, fully equipped for long or short stay. It is set amongst beautiful tropical landscaped gardens with lush palm trees fringing the pool. Well lit and child friendly with easy parking and 24 hour security. Outside: Entrance to the Spirit De Mojacar complex is via an electronic access to the underground parking for vehicles and walk up access from the beach through the security. The apartment has its own car parking space a short walk from the door and on the same level as the apartment. The apartment block is serviced by three lifts and wide airy staircases if you are on foot. The very large private community pool complete with lifeguard is open from 15 June - 31 October, it is long enough to swim in but also has a child-friendly shallow end. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included, (not beach towels) and prices include cleaning and laundry change at the end of your stay. Other: Outside there is a large private sun terrace facing the sea and overlooking the pool, which is perfect for eating or sitting out in the evenings. This can be accessed from the living room and from the front bedroom.

Excellent Appartment

Excellent, very clean & very well equipped. Location good, although perhaps a little too far to walk to local bars and shops (its up quite a steep hill), although that didn’t really bother us. Underground car park (although a little tight in places) made parking very simple and was only seconds from the front door. Pool was AMAZING, with plenty of loungers, umbrellas and space.

The only minor improvement would be the addition of a couple of comfy balcony chairs / loungers. Would definitely return. Thanks.
