Beautiful & Private Setting, Close to Pollenca Old Town and Various Beaches

Located at the end of a small track road on the foothills of the mountains above the residential area of La Font. The position of Casa Lluna, means it provides not just amazing views but privacy and tranquility. The charming old town of Pollensa is only minutes away and is full of great restaurants and café's and an amazing market on Sunday mornings. The town square is pedestrianised making it a perfect family destination. Casa Lluna was built using the finest materials, traditional stone and beams, maintaining a Mallorcan appearance. Inside the house has a modern feel - full of natural light, the living space is open plan with high celings giving a contemporary feel. There are many large terraces surrounding the house - all with amazing views. The 14 metre long swimming pool uses a saltwater system and as our children have grown up here, precautions have been taken including a gated area around the pool giving peace of mind to those with toddlers.

About the Owner

We are a family of four and have spent many many wonderful years at Casa Lluna. Our children have grown up there and it has become a home from home. We have furnished and equipped the house as if it were our full time home, we hope that those that stay will feel very comfortable there and respect it as they would their own home.

Special interest holidays:

Out of season Mallorca is famous for its walks though the countryside and mountains. It is a very popular cycling destination, where many teams train for the Tour de France.

Coast/Beach:

The beaches of the port are a 5 minute drive away and the beach at Formentor is a 20 minute drive away (but well worth it!).

Travel:

Nearest airport is Palma, 45 minute drive away.

Refundable Damage Deposit £400

Booking Notes:
A security deposit of £400 is required to cover any damages, this will be returned to you within 2 weeks following final clean and inventory. A 30% deposit is required when booking with the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. This deposit is non-refundable should you cancel. Full payment is required if you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to rental start date. Payments can be made by bank transfer.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Friday, villa must be vacated by 10.00am if there are guests arriving on the same day. Arrival is from 4pm. (We will obviously try and be flexible if possible).

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK pounds.
A deposit of 30% is required on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before departure, plus a returnable deposit of £400 against damages.

Sorry no discounts on peak weeks!

  • Notes on accommodation: Oil central heating, air-conditioning in bedrooms, wifi internet access. Outside: Whilst children are welcome, this is a traditional stone-floored Mallorquin house with various terraces, steps around the swimming pool, and stone staircase - young children will need supervision. It is possible to shut the gates on the terrace that leads to the pool. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service midweek for weekly stays and twice for stays of two weeks or more. Towels changed midweek and linen at the end of each week.
