Modern 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned/heated topfloor apartment affording an unusual degree of privacy. A large partially covered balcony for both alfresco dining and sunbathing with spectacular views of the sea and surrounding area. The position of the balcony (South W) enables the sun to shine throughout the day until sunset but there is also some shade as there is a partially covered area. Completed to a high standard with air-conditioning throughout. 32" flat screen TV, cable TV and Wi-Fi. 700 metres from the village of Peyia with all its amenities Tavernas bars and supermarkets. Coral Bay with its sandy beaches and bars is less than 10 mins drive. Paphos 20 mins drive.There is 1 swimming pool with WC and showers on the development. The apartment has its own covered allocated parking space. Golf courses, mountain bike hire and water park nearby. The spectacular Akamas Peninsula is approx 20 mins drive. Paphos airport is approx 35 minutes and Larnica approx 90 minutes drive.

My husband and I live in The New Forest with our 3 teenage children and pet Labrador. We both work full time and enjoy spending time in Peyia where we can chill out and enjoy the fantastic views from our apartment. We love to walk to the local restaurants and bars in the evening and also enjoy a BBQ on the balcony relaxing and admiring the views.My husband is also a keen cyclist and enjoys the excellent cycling opportunities in the local area.

Although I work full time, I will respond quickly to any enquiries and I am always very happy to answer any questions about our property or the local area.

Why Karen McGarthy chose Coral Bay Area

We love Pegeia for its peaceful environment away from the main tourist areas but is still close to fantastic beaches, historical sites, areas of outstanding beauty and a great range of bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a lovely peaceful position with beautiful views to the sea. The property is just a 12 minute safe walk to the village where there is a good choice of local restaurants and bars. The local restaurants in Pegeia are good value and produce lovely local Cypriot dishes

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is set on the top floor so enjoys an unusual degree of privacy. As The apartment is set into the hill, it is only 2 flights of stairs to our apartment.

It enjoys spectacular sea views from the balcony, the development is very quiet yet only a 12 minute walk from the town of Pegeia with its bars and tavernas.

There is a regular bus service between Pegeia and Coral Bay and Paphos that runs approximately from 0800 to 1800 every day.

Car: recommended

Special interest holidays:

Mountain bike hire is available in nearby Coral Bay with easy access to the Akamas Peninsula which provides excellent walking and cycling opportunities. We can suggest bike routes to suit different abilities. Please contact us for further information on Bike hire and suitable biking routes.

Further trekking available in the Troodos mountains. Scuba diving also nearby. Endless historical sites, churches and charming villages all within a comfortable drive. An extensive range of books and leaflets on the local area are available at the apartment.

Coast/Beach:

Coral Bay beach is approx 3.5 kilometres (approx 5 minutes drive) distance where there are is a good selection of lovely beaches. More smaller lesser known beaches are within a 15/20 minute drive, the Akamas Peninsula is definitely worth a visit for both the scenery, beaches and wildlife. Polis is a 25 minute drive has has a beautiful sea side harbour (at Latchi) and further beaches.

Travel:

Paphos airport is an approx 30 minute drive and Larnaca airport a 90 minute drive. There are plenty of companies that operate flights - Easyjet, BA, Ryan air, Monarch, Thompson and Cyprus Airways. We can provide information on Taxi and local car hire that are reliable and reasonably priced.

There are many beautiful parts of the island to explore which would require a car. However, a car is not essential due to the walking distance to the village and frequent bus service from the village.

Distances:

Peyia village is well equipped with a good selection of resturants and bars, good supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, butcher and delicatessen.

Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive and has a lovely beach and a further good selection of resturants and bars.

Paphos town is 20 minutes drive with its beaches, excellent shops, resturants and bars.

Further Details:

Peyia is a lovely quiet village with excellent amenities including a good selection of bars and restaurants. It has retained much of its Cypriot charm. Further up in the hills (10 minute drive) is the traditional Cypriot village of Kathikas with 3 excellent restaurants. We can recommend local restaurants to visit in the area. We can also recommend a hotel locally which we use and has very reasonable joining rates. The facilities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, fitness classes, comprehensive gym, gym instructors on sight, beauty therapy treatments and is within walking distance of the beach; this facility is particularly useful for our winter lets. The Hotel can be accessed either by car or local bus service. Our apartment has comprehensive information on places to visit, leisure activities and local restaurants.

We are able to recommend local car hire, the company we use is very competitively priced as there are no hidden extras on collection. The car is available directly outside the airport at pick up and drop off and does not require a drive to a car depot. We have a very efficient Management company who live locally who will be able to respond to any difficulties if they were to arise during your stay. Prior to your arrival at the apartment, we will email you a comprehensive list of our recommendations for a pleasurable holiday in Peyia

Notes on accommodation: This spacious 2 bedroom apartment has been furnished and equipped to a high standard so that our guests are able to have an enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing holiday. The apartment is suitable for both families and couples. All rooms have dual air-conditioning/heating units. Additional heating unit for winter lets.The apartment has all the modern electronic facilities if required including cable TV, Flat screen TV, X Box and internet access. No smoking in the apartment (thank you). Both bedrooms have blackout blinds and curtains. The lounge has curtains and blinds. All of the floors are fully tiled. Specific baby equipment can be provided at a small additional cost. We have an allocated covered parking space adjacent to the stairs leading to our apartment - very useful during the summer months. Outside: This apartment includes a large partially covered balcony that enjoys an unusual degree of privacy (there is no other balcony adjoining or above). Also included is a small uncovered balcony where there is room to sit out on. The apartment is approached by its own private entrance. There is comfortable sofa seating on the balcony to enjoy the views and 6 seating dining table and chairs on the balcony. Sun loungers available to use on the balcony and also a good selection of folding chairs/sun loungers to use by the pool or to take to the beach. There is use of a BBQ on the balcony. There is 1 shared quiet swimming pool with shower and WC facilities on the development and the apartment comes with a privately allocated covered parking space. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen, towels provided. Linen and towels changed and apartment cleaned prior to each arrival. Additional services are available on request. Plenty of blankets available for winter lets.

We booked a last minute break to Peyia in August. The location of the apartment is perfect, although you will definitely need a car. The apartment was clean and comfortable and a perfect size for our family of 4. The views from the balcony are sunning! :-)

Lovely two weeks in Peyia.

We had excellent communication with Karen from initial enquiry to actual holiday and afterwards. Brilliant info about the local area, which we knew as we've stayed in Peyia a few times. Directions from the airport to the apartment could do with updating to incorporate the new link road as this would shorten the journey time. The.only downside to the apartment was that some of the balcony furniture needs replacing. The only sun lounges we found were broken ones under the single beds in the second bedroom. As we enjoy time on the balcony we bought a couple of lilos so we could lounge and left them at the apartment for others to use. We have raised this with Karen who was going to look into it. The complex was lovely and quiet, the pool clean. It was an easy mile walk to the village supermarket and tarvernas which we did most nights. Altogether we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will continue to have more holidays in Cyprus.

Romantic and relax at parthouse

My partner liana and I stayed at This Appartment for 10 days .

On our arrival, the Apartment was Immaculately clean, and had everything is properly second our home from uk.... owner karen have lots details in her book at apartment for car hiring and going out for cyprus island etc.....

The Balcony was a Huge Bonus for us, we had breakfast and evening meal sat out, with terrific views over to the Sea.......

There pool larger quieter one two Blocks away, on a lower level, which looked nice and well Maintained. I can't comment any reason this it's perfect for us and my kids as well

Perhaps one of the best things was dealing with the owner Karen McGarthy... she was easy to deal with, prompt to respond, and very relaxed about arrival and exit times.So I will stay here again for 5 years twice visit to there same place

A great modern apartment with stunning views from the spacious and comfortable outside area.

The property is in an elevated position a short walk from the village of Peyia. It has everything you need for a fantastic stay with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Both bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage. The main double bedroom has its own balcony with the same fantastic views over the Coral Bay Area as the main outside seating area. The lounge was great for relaxing in the evening and there was a great choice of DVD's to watch along with TV channels and an iPod dock. There was a fantastic selection of restaurants in the local village which still has a great friendly local feel to it. Local buses run into Coral Bay where there are many choices of places to eat and drink. We also joined the hotel gym in Coral Bay as suggested by the owners and it provided not only the gym facilities but also the outdoor pool area where the sun beds where free to use. During the stay we also hired bikes from Coral Bay and explored some of the coast by bike. This led to some stunning views and also a fantastic lunch at a beachside bar/restaurant right on the coast.

Overall, it was a superb 5 night break. Thank you

Outstanding views from this lovely apartment.

Apartment is exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed. Owner was very helpful when booking and answered any questions promptly. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was I felt the complex was a bit run down but once inside this is soon forgotten. I feel it's a five star apartment in a four star complex. Thanks for a lovely holiday and would definitely visit again.
