Luxury modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with large triple access balcony not overlooked by other apartments. Fully furnished to a high standard with all amenities and easy parking, surrounded by beautiful private communal landscaped gardens. There are 2 swimming pools(adult's and separate children's pool) with free sunbeds and an astro turf tennis court (free). Situated in an exclusive quiet location adjacent to Balaia Golf Village but within 5 minutes drive of both Albufeira with its lively nightlife and picturesque Olhos d'Agua with its beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest restaurants O'Assador and Adega Do Ze are just a 300m walk away and serve excellent food at very reasonable prices with bars, shops and 2 supermarkets nearby. There are numerous beaches close by and within walking distance and for the golfing enthusiast there are many more major golf courses within a 10-15 minute drive in the golden triangle of Vilamoura, Quinto do Lago and Val do Lobo.

Great apartment in good location

Large, spacious apartment with a massive balcony (it's a real sun trap in the mornings but is cooler in the afternoon/evenings). The whole complex is very clean and the pool area was lovely and quiet. Good selection of restaurants within a five minute walk and a decent supermarket was just 10 minutes away.

All in all we had a lovely, relaxing break and would have happily stayed an extra week!

The apartment is very spacious with a great balcony-much larger than you would get in ahotel suite. The apartment was cery clean and well presented. The pool and garden area was immaculately clean and well presented and was more spacious than i had anticipated from the photographs. David the owner was very helpful providing us with lots of local information and recommendations of places to visit and eat before went on our holiday. The village of Ohlos D'Agua is vibrant but more compact than nearby Albufeira and was perfectly situated between Albufeira and Villamoura to enable us to easily explore both. The nearby beach of St Elualia was very pretty and more golden sand than the beach at Ohlos D'Agua. We had a great family holiday in this lovely apartment in a great complex, in a lovely town. We would definitely consider going again and would recommend to friends.

good ratio quality/price

The apartment has television but it is not possible to tune any channel. I think should resolve this problem quickly and provide your home with internet. There are also many mosquitoes in the area which greatly disturbs the rest (especially at night). I suggest that provides the home with a mosquito trapping system.

The swiming pool was great.

Many beautiful beaches within a 5 min drive such as Santa Eulalia and Falesia with the nearest being Maria Luisa.


Apartment is 30 min by car from Faro airport (approx 20 miles). Car hire at the airport or taxi transfer can be arranged if required.


Approx distances: Maria Luisa beach 0.5 mile. Olhos de Agua 1 mile. Santa Eulalia beach (see photo) 1.5 miles, Albufeira 2 miles. Vilamoura 3 miles.
