Apartment in Cala D'Or, Mallorca - On an Exclusive Development with Private Roof Terrace and Communal Pool in Landscaped Gardens

This is an immaculate apartment in an exclusive gated development overlooking Cala D'Or Marina and only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and shops that can be found there. The many restaurants, bars and shops of bustling Cala D'Or itself are approx 15 minutes walk and good beaches are also found nearby. The apartment has a very large private roof terrace with sunbeds and also a large balcony terrace with retractable sun canopy and deluxe table and chairs. There are amazing views over the marina and sea and also to open countryside behind. As the apartment is situated on the second floor (lift access), no-one can walk past the apartment and you are not able to be overlooked. The apartment therefore offers complete privacy. There is a communal pool set in lovely landscaped gardens, which has a shallow area for children. The apartment is air-conditioned and fitted to a very high standard with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living and dining area and fully fitted kitchen.

Activity and Interests


There is a beach within a 15 minute walk, or a 10 minute drive by car or bus can be found the Mondrago Natural Park, which boasts 2 of the loveliest beaches on the island


Palma airport is approx 65 km away, an easy 45 minute drive (approx. 75 euros in a taxi). Car hire is not essential (although we find it very useful) as beaches, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance and there is a good service of buses and 'land trains' if you wanted to travel further afield. For example, there are a couple of wonderful beaches at Mondrago national park which is approx. 30 minutes on a land train.


The Cala D'Or Marina is a couple of minutes walk. Cala D'Or Town centre is approx. a 10 minute walk. Porto Petro - a lovely traditional fishing village is a 5 minute drive. Mondrago Natural Park is a 10 minute drive, by car or bus. Palma is approx. a 45 minute drive.

Booking Notes:
A 25 % non-refundable deposit must be paid at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Cancellation policy will be detailed on booking form.
A £100 security and key deposit is also required. This will be returned on receipt of the keys after your holiday.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day can be flexible. Access to the apartment is available after 3pm on the day of arrival. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy and vacate by 10 am on day of departure.

A travel cot and high chair are provided and there is room in bedroom 1 to put up the travel cot - so the apartment could cater for up to 4 adults and a baby. Outside: Patio doors lead from the living room to a large balcony terrace, equipped with deluxe table and 6 chairs and a most useful retractable sun canopy. A flight of stairs from outside the apartment will take you to a private roof terrace (situated directly above the apartment). It has stunning views over Cala D'Or marina and the surrounding countryside and is equipped with sunbeds and a gas BBQ. It also has a water supply. A communal pool in landscaped gardens with a shallow area suitable for children is a moments stroll from the apartment. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen, towels and beach towels provided and changed once a week. Apartment cleaned once a week. Please note, cot bedding is not provided. Other: Dining area includes glass top table and four chairs. High chair also provided. Gas BBQ provided on balcony. Wi Fi available - please ask for password before departure if required.
