Apartment in Isla Canela, Ayamonte, Costa de la Luz - A Spacious Balcony Terrace (18sqm) With Magnificent Ocean Views

Very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, front line location on the beach, benefiting from natural light throughout. Great ocean views from the spacious balcony and benefitting from complimentary WIFI & Air Conditioning for the hotter summer months/Heating for cooler winter stays. Our apartment is set in a secure, gated complex with well-maintained landscaped gardens benefiting from a swimming pool & children's pool (Seasonal - June to September), two paddle tennis courts and a children's playground. Inside, the apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and can comfortably sleep up to 7 people (4 beds, a good standard camp bed and double sofa bed). 2 Cots and a high chair are also available at no extra cost. The spacious living/dining area and master bedroom, with en-suite, both have patio doors leading onto a large balcony/terrace. There is a fully equipped modern, fitted kitchen overlooking the tennis courts, and separate utility area. A second twin bedroom and further bathroom. For your comfort, there is air-conditioning for the warmer months and heating for the cooler months. There are also a selection of books and CDs. The apartment comes with a private car parking space.

We live in a small ex-mining village in West Yorkshire although I am originally from London and my wife from Newcastle. We have 2 young children and love Isla Canela, Ayamonte and the surrounding area. We love the "dual holiday" aspect as we are next to the Portugal border.

We have visited Isla Canela for several years now and have had our property for since 2007. We love the area and the people from every nationality. Our Children also love meeting up with their friends, British and Spanish, every time we stay in Isla Canella. They also love the beach and pool, both situated close to hand! We love our apartment and have furnished it in a local style. It's the only time we really feel relaxed and recharge our batteries when we stay, and our little ones love it too! We are always looking for ways to ensure our clients have the most relaxing and wonderful stay. Salud y respectos!

Notes on accommodation: For your comfort, there is air conditioning for the warmer months and heating for the cooler months at no addittonal cost. The apartment comes with a private car parking space within the secure gated grounds. Outside: When you step out onto the spacious balcony terrace, furnished with patio table and chairs, you are presented with the most fantastic views of the beach and can enjoy the sun until late afternoon. The terrace also overlooks the communal, landscaped gardens with a swimming pool and children's pool (seasonal), paddle tennis courts and playground. Just outside the complex there is a promenade which takes you to a selection of beach bars and restaurants and towards the Marina area. Utility Room: Utlity area with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board & iron. A high chair is also available on requst. We have beach chairs and a selection of beach and pool toys for the kids (bucket & spades, balls etc). Outside dining table & chairs on balcony. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels (not beach) provided. Pre and post clean.

Booking Notes:
Our apartment is also available for long weekends, please enquire with regards to cost and availability. Please note that we require a reservation/breakage deposit of £100/150 euros to secure a booking, which is refunded at the end of your holiday once the apartment has been cleaned and checked. Pleas note that deposits are non refundable for any cancellations. Payment in full is required no later than 1 Month prior to arrival.

Changeover Day:
Arrival and changeover days are flexible outside of high season, however on departure date, we request that you vacate the apartment by 12pm. This may be extended if there are no new clients arriving on the same day.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week including pre and post cleaning, fresh linen and air-conditioning/heating. Long term winter rentals are also available. Please contact us for prices.

Balance paid 1 Month prior to arrival date.
