Notes on accommodation: On the garden level there is large a separate apartment, accessed by an internal staircase, with an American kitchen, a large living/entertainment and dining area, satellite 65 -inch TV, Sonos system Blu-Ray PlayStation 3 and a study area. There are further 2 bedrooms a shower room, a separate WC room and a bathroom. All with direct access to the garden and the pool area. A separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing facilities and a tumble dryer. A new separate studio apartment, attached to the villa with independent entrance, sleeps 4 (2+2), is newly renovated and well equipped with a lovely kitchen, 1 double room, a cozy nest w. bunk beds, a nice bathroom and a drawing room with satellite TV, WiFi internet. Sea & mountain views. This makes the villa ideal for a either a big family/party/company, two families, a family with guests or a three generation family. Caretakers managing the property. AC. For your security: alarm system - electric gates - safe - pool alarm. Outside: Beautiful entrance with large lawns, bougainvillea and space for 4-5 cars. Large terraced tropical garden, 3500sq.m, with palm, olive, eucalyptus and lemon trees, flowered and well maintained and scenting of rosemary, thyme and lavender. In the middle of the garden there is a large sun terrace with extensive sea views. The terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs for 14 people, 10 sun lounges. Excellent Weber gas BBQ. The magnificent curved shaped pool with overflow is 10 x 5 m, depth, 1.30 m - 2.60 m. Can be heated and enlightened. Underwater multicolour changing pool illumination, manual rem. ctrl. Outside shower. At night, you will enjoy the illuminated garden and pool and the magnificent views of the sparkling lights of the cities of Cannes and Nice. Relaxing in the sun on the pool terrace enjoying the view or taking a walk in the garden, among orange, figues and apricot trees, maybe pick your own garlic, the first thing you will notice is the infinite feeling of revival. Utility Room: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Prices include initial bed linen, towels, pool towels,electricity. final cleaning, water and gas, guardian service, garden and pool service. Not included, heating, telephone. Add. service like in-between-cleaning, cooking service, grocery shopping. Other: Master bedroom 1 level, with ensuite bathroom, kingsize bed and open sun terrace with outstanding sea views. On the ground level, are 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room, kingsize bed and direct access to the pool and one adjacent double bedroom.

Paradise on earth

This is our 4th year at the house. We spend most of the year looking forward to returning there. The house is well laid out with ample sleeping space for our large family. We have 3 children ages 9-11 and the house is perfect for our getaway vacation. The 270-degree views are breathtaking, providing something for everyone -- sea, harbor towns, hills and mountains. The farm next door is divine and provides access to the freshest fruits and vegetables daily. The boulangerie for daily bread is 10 minute drive. The house is isolated which is what we purposefully seek out to escape our busy lives. It's wonderful to look down on the lights of Cannes but not have to interface with crowds. The grocery store is off the mountain so it's a solid commitment to go.

Top of the world!

Overlooking the bay from Cannes to Theole sur Mer you feel like you're on top of the world! We stayed for 2 weeks and never got tired of waking up to the view, the coming and going of boats in the bay and the glistening lights at night time, even watched some firework displays, it was amazing! The property is excellent for children simply because of the pool and outside space, they can run around and let off steam in a safe environment, much better than staying in a hotel. The grounds contain shaded areas under trees for when the sun gets too hot and plenty of patio/sunbeds for soaking up those rays. Inside, the bedrooms are super comfortable thanks to air conditioning & nice beds. In the heat of the day it was also nice to venture downstairs to a big TV room at the rear of the house which was out the sun and nice and cool - we simply logged into Netflix and enjoyed films and TV shows as though we were at home on the huge TV. It's in a great location and all facilities were clean and functional, the local guardian also looked after any needs and requests very promptly. We would love to go back one day & that's the best compliment one could give!

The Watersport Centre in Mandelieu-la-Napoule offers a wide range of watersports: sailing, rowing, waterskiing, scuba diving, wind surfing, kajak, sea-fishing, parascending, canoeing. Sailing school, private lessons and rentals.

Travel:

Nice Aeroport Côte d'Azur: 35 minutes, Autoroute A 8 Mandelieu to Nice airport.

Use of car is necessary.

Parking place for 4-5 cars on the property, two of which are sheltered.

Distances:

Cannes 20 mins drive, with its abundance of luxurious boutiques, excellent restaurants and nightlife. Mandelieu-la Napoule, 10 mins drive. Pretty seaside town with boutiques, lovely beaches, excellent golfcourses, three tennis clubs, bars, cafés, weekly markets, bakeries, butchers and plenty of restaurants, excellent sea-food restaurants in the port and one 2 stars restaurant, L'Oasis. Nice 35 mins. Antibes 30 mins drive. Vineyards, e.g. Château S:t Roseline 45 min drive.

Exceptionally situated this villa offers a truly relaxing atmosphere with a combination of stunning beauty, private tranquillity and the enchanting Mediterranean feeling and also a unique possibility to both explore the attractions of the coastline, with glamorous Cannes and other pretty seaside resorts, as well as the lovely countryside life of Provence, with great vineyards and medieval villages, each with its own history, artists and weekly markets. The amazing surroundings with the Massif of Tanneron and the Esterel close by, may also invite you to unforgettable country and mountain walks, as well as cycling and horse riding.

Explore the spectacular coast line also from the sea. Boat trips depart from the main port in Cannes daily, as well as from Theoule-Sur-Mer. There are also night dinner cruises.

Friendly caretakers are managing the villa and are responsable for the villa during your stay and also for any extra maidservice or grocery shopping on your request. If you wish they can also provide French cooking. A gardener will likewise maintain the garden and the pool.

For nearest shopping/restaurants: Local shops, boulangerie-alimentation, great restaurants at Tanneron -5 mins drive.
