Beaches of Mandelieu-La Napoule, 15 mins drive. Beaches of Cannes, 20 mins drive. Beaches of Théoule-sur-Mer, 20 mins drive. The Watersport Centre in Mandelieu-la-Napoule offers a wide range of watersports: sailing, rowing, waterskiing, scuba diving, wind surfing, kajak, sea-fishing, parascending, canoeing. Sailing school, private lessons and rentals.

Travel:

Nice Aeroport Côte d'Azur: 35 minutes, Autoroute A 8 Mandelieu to Nice airport.

Use of car is necessary.

Parking place for 4-5 cars on the property, two of which are sheltered.

Distances:

Cannes 15 mins drive, with its abundance of luxurious boutiques, excellent restaurants and nightlife. Mandelieu-la Napoule, 10 mins drive. Pretty seaside town with boutiques, lovely beaches, excellent golfcourses, three tennis clubs, bars, cafés, weekly markets, bakeries, butchers and plenty of restaurants, excellent sea-food restaurants in the port and one 2 stars restaurant, L'Oasis. Nice 35 mins. Antibes 30 mins drive. Vineyards, e.g. Château S:t Roseline 45 min drive.

Exceptionally situated this villa offers a truly relaxing atmosphere with a combination of stunning beauty, private tranquillity and the enchanting Mediterranean feeling and also a unique possibility to both explore the attractions of the coastline, with glamorous Cannes and other pretty seaside resorts, as well as the lovely countryside life of Provence, with great vineyards and medieval villages, each with its own history, artists and weekly markets. The amazing surroundings with the Massif of Tanneron and the Esterel close by, may also invite you to unforgettable country and mountain walks, as well as cycling and horse riding.

Explore the spectacular coast line also from the sea. Boat trips depart from the main port in Cannes daily, as well as from Theoule-Sur-Mer. There are also night dinner cruises.

Friendly caretakers are managing the villa and are responsable for the villa during your stay and also for any extra maidservice or grocery shopping on your request. If you wish they can also provide French cooking. A gardener will likewise maintain the garden and the pool.

For nearest shopping/restaurants: Local shops, boulangerie-alimentation, great restaurants at Tanneron -5 mins drive. Supermarket, shops, bars, cafés, weekly markets, bakeries, butchers and plenty of restaurants in Mandelieu- La Napoule. You can also buy fresh vegetables & fruits at the farmer's nearby.

  • Notes on accommodation: On the garden level there is large a separate apartment, accessed by an internal staircase, with an American kitchen, a large living/entertainment and dining area, flat screen satellite TV on the wall, Blu-Ray PlayStation 3 and a study area. There are further 2 bedrooms a shower room, a separate WC room and a bathroom. All with direct access to the garden and the pool area. A separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing facilities and a tumble dryer. A new separate studio apartment, attached to the villa with independent entrance, sleeps 4 (2+2), is newly renovated and well equipped with a lovely kitchen, 1 double room, a cozy nest w. bunk beds, a nice bathroom and a drawing room with satellite TV, WiFi internet. Sea & mountain views. This makes the villa ideal for a either a big family/party/company, two families, a family with guests or a three generation family. Caretakers managing the property. AC.
