Located 20 minutes from Faro airport this resort is set within 150 hectares of exclusive Algarve countryside which includes a 5* hotel, 27 hole championship golf course, clubhouse and hotel. About the Owner
The property is owned by a family from Surrey who purchased the apartment from new approximately 10 years ago. The apartment is used by ourselves for family holidays as well as being available for rent.
I am by profession a qualified accountant.

“We had visited Vilamoura many years prior to purchasing and before we had a family but with our own young children and with the opportunity to purchase a property a abroad Vilamoura was an immediate choice for both my wife and I. The Algarve is suitable for couples or families, young or old and is far more than just an ideal location for golfers. Just a short flight from England plus only 20 minutes from Faro airport, Vilamoura is great for short and long stays.”
Activity and Interests
Faro airport is approx. 20minutes drive from the resort and whilst car hire is recommended it isn't essential. Taxi cost from the airport is less than €30 and the fare to Vilamoura marina is approx €7.
Vila Sol is located about 10 mins drive from both Quarteria and Vilamoura marina.

Upon receipt of the confirmation, clients will be required within 14 days to send the initial deposit of 25% of the value of the rental. The balance of the payment for the vacation rental shall be made 6 weeks before arrival date.
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required per booking.

Changeover days are flexible subject to existing bookings.
Full payment of the rental is required 4 weeks prior to departing. On receipt of payment access details to the apartment are then provided to the guests.

In addition Vila Sol itself offers the perfect base with unbeatable gardens and pool side space for all to enjoy. The children benefit from safe and secure surroundings but also some freedom yet never imposing on any other apartments due to the expansive gardens. With an onsite supermarket, family run bar and golf course plus spa guests have the option of doing as much or as little as they like.”

- Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning is included within the price and individual units are located in each bedroom and the main living area. The system also provides heating if required. Travel cot available at no additional cost. Outside: The substantial communal gardens within the 'horse shoe' apartments is gated to prevent unauthorised access and consists of 3 main swimming pools one of which is heated. There are then a further 2 paddling pools and a jaccuzi. Located next to the middle heated pool is the pool side bar and restaurant. Utility Room: Includes washing machine, tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom towels and bed linen are included. Additional cleaning can be arranged at clients request at an additional cost.
