Notes on accommodation: Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The living area has room fans. Outside: The private communal swimming pool is shared by residents and guests of Alpisol only and is accessed via a locked gate. Utility Room: Washing machine, boiler for hot water/central heating. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property will be cleaned both prior to and after visit. Beds will be made prior to arrival. Bath and beach towels, linen and hairdryer are provided. Other: Both balconies are enclosed by sliding glass windows and can be fully opened up. They add wonderful additional space to the main living areas all year round. The front balcony has 2 luxurious loungers and a small dining table and chairs.

Dear Gillian and Alan, Just a note to tell you what a lovely holiday we had in your apartment. It was everything you detailed and more. Ideal for everyone

I have stayed at this apartment on a number of occasions. It is clean, tidy has everything you could need. In a perfect position, brilliant pool and close to everything. I would buy it is ever on sale.

We found this apartment to be comfortable and it catered for all our needs. This was our second visit to this particular apartment and would recommend it as it is central for restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Too cold for the pool though a this time of the year. This time we didn't hire a car as local transport is frequent & efficient. We would recommend.

The beach at Albir (Playa Albir) is less than 10 mins walk from the apartment. It can be accessed by walking past the bars, shops and restaurants of Avenida del Albir or more directly by walking along the Bulevar del Musicos. The beach is a very clean pebble beach, offering sun-loungers, parasols and pedaloes for hire.


Nearest airports are Alicante (50km), Valencia (120km) or Murcia (120km). Car hire is not essential as shops, beaches, restaurants are walking distance from apartment. Taxis to the resort are available at Alicante Airport. There is also a free bus service to Benidorm from Alicante Airport.


The famous town of Altea is a 10 min bus ride way, but is a pleasant stroll along the promenade of approx 30 mins. Albir is approx 20 mins to Benidorm by bus. Bus and taxis fares are very affordable. There is also a train station nearby with trains to Benidorm, Calpe, Javea and Denia. It is now possible to travel by train to Alicante, with a changeover at Benidorm.

Local places of interest include:

Altea, just up the coast, is the site of a renowned church, a variety of antique shops and other retail outlets nearby. Its well worth a visit or two to sample its great bars and restaurants in the vicinity of the church square. It also has a harbour and marina.

The lighthouse at l'Albir has recently been renovated & has a museum with a history of the lighthouse & interesting information re local flora & fauna in the Sierra Helada. It makes a pleasant 6km return walk from the apartment.

Amongst other well known tourist attractions within easy reach are Guadalest, a famous awe-inspiring fortified hilltop village, and the waterfalls at Les Fonts d'Algar.

Further afield, the cities of Alicante and Valencia are within an easy day's visit - Valencia in particular is well worth a visit with a spectacular architectural mix of the new and the ancient. Denia is a seaport dating from Roman times. Other attractions include Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar, all in the outskirts of Benidorm approx 15 minute drive away.

A booking deposit of 25% (minimum £100) is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date..

We send the keys to the apartment to you by recorded delivery & ask that you return them to us by post after your holiday. A refundable key deposit of £50 will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. This will be fully refundable by electronic transfer (or by cheque if you prefer) immediately after we receive the apartment keys from you after your holiday..

Please note that we offer the facility to book by the day, eg for weekend breaks, 10 day holidays etc.

Notes on prices:

Prices are for 2 adults per week. We can also quote in euros.

We offer discounts for stays of 15 consecutive nights or longer - ie for each additional night booked after the 14th night.

We also offer further discounts for stays of 6 weeks or longer.
