This beautiful penthouse apartment has panoramic views towards Lanzarote, the Isle of Lobos, sand dunes and mountains. The property is located in the peaceful Parque Natural area of Corralejo and is only a 5 minute drive to the centre of town (3/4 euros by taxi), local beaches or the stunning sand dunes and famous Flag Beach. The complex has a large communal swimming pool, childrens pool and play area for younger children. Guests will have exclusive use of a large hot-tub, which now has a brand new cover, on the apartment's large private roof terrace.

Corralejo is a growing resort but still retains its Canarian charm with a network of streets to explore and a beautiful harbour area. Baku Village has a large water park and twice-weekly markets. In the town centre, you will find bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, including Chinese, Italian, Mexican and Steak Houses. If you fancy something closer to home, there is a small bar and Pizza snack bar close to the complex, and a large modern supermarket opposite. There are also a number of shops and bars within a 15-20 minute walk.

Pleasant clean apartment with everything required to enjoy a comfortable stay. Well positioned for access to nearby supermarket and Corralejo’s wonderful expansive white sandy beach. Would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful appartment

Loved everything about this appartment, it was clean, and in a perfect location, not too far from the main town, opposit is a large supermarket, which is cheap, the communal pool is brilliant and cleaned to a high standard. The appartment is very large with two terraces, one with a hot tub which was brilliant! We walked into the town most days which was a lovely walk got taxis back which was no more than €5. Down the road from the appartmenr is a bar and a pizza shop and restaurante the round the corner is the famous Ugly Duckling no 1 restaurante which is a must but you have to book early! What more can I say, it was brilliant!

Week of R'nR'

We booked for a week to recharge our batteries after a stressful winter.

We weren't disappointed as the apartment is excellently appointed for that precise purpose.

There are plenty of utensils to cover all your needs and with a large Mercadona supermarket over the road not far to get essentials.

Car is an essential - easy to drive from airport - but its a good 30 min walk into the main commercial area. We parked car on outskirts and got a taxi back - safe and was only 20 min walk in morning.

It is in a complex which has quite a few locals and outside the school hours there are a few families who use the pool, for us a nice distraction. Best part is the number one restaurant has just moved out of town to the complex - Ugly Duckling - and essential to book if you definitely want to eat there. We saw numerous people turned away as an empty table doesn't mean they have capacity - they don't try to turn the tables over quickly which benefits all concerned from diners to the chef and waiter.

Will we go back - yes for an out of season week to relax and sample the food both on the complex and in town.

Modern furnished roomy apartment

We had 10 nights in this apartment from the end of April in to May. We found the apartment to be well equipped and nicely furnished, although there were a couple of basic items we had to go and buy as we could not find them, these being tea towels, and a cork screw. The outside areas are nice, but not really useable if the weather is windy, as it was for several of the days we were there. There is a very good supermarket just over the road, and a couple of bars / pizza restaurants close by. There is also the number one rated trip advisor restaurant in Corralejo just down the road about 200 yards. The apartment is on a residential complex, with the types of noise you expect in such an environment (this is not to say it is noisy). The wifi worked well, but this is a payable extra. It is on the top floor of a 3 storey block, with stairs only access and so is not suitable for the less mobile. The hot tub is a nice feature, but again in windy conditions, which can be common on Fuerteventura at certain times of the year, it is not really useable at cooler times. I would personally use this apartment again in the future.

Excellent Property!!

I cant fault this apartment and facilities! It is exactly what we were looking for a quiet location but within easy reach of the main area! The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped and the lady who looks after it Nickola is really helpful too! The facilities are just perfect for a young family with pool and play area, we all loved the hot tub and got lots of use out of it - it was fantastic! The supermarket is directly opposite the apartment and is more than reasonable in price ! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back ! Thanks very much Karen !!

Revisit. As good as we remembered

We stopped here again after looking for somewhere that we could just laze about and relax for a week and get away from it all.

The apartment is kitted out very well and having Nickola (owners agent) on hand for any assistance required is great.

Recent addition of wifi is an added bonus.

The location of a couple of bars and restaurants close by along with the large supermarket over the road makes this the ideal spot.

The hot tub on the roof only adds to the attraction of this apartment. Many an hour spent relaxing and star gazing.

We will definitely be looking to book again if our holiday travels bring us back to Corralejo. Cooking is simple with full kitchen and utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board.

Special interest holidays:

Fuerteventura is a haven for windsurfers and kitesurfers. It has also been a long established destination for mountain biking holiday seekers with miles of dry challenging volcanic terrain.


5 mins drive to extensive white sandy beaches (Grande Playas) which stretch for several kilometres south of Corralejo. Flag Beach is closest to the resort and has sunbed and umbrella rental. There are 2 sheltered beaches in Corralejo itself, both of which are close to restaurants and shops.


Fuerteventura airport is located to the south of the capital, Puerto del Rosario, and is approximately 35 mins drive away. The port at Corralejo, with regular ferry services to Playa Blanca in Lanzarote, is 5 minutes drive away.


15-20 mins walk to the nearest bars, restaurants and shops, and a further 15-20 minutes to town. Taxis are cheap and plentiful, approximately 4 euros to commercial centre. The capital of Fuerteventura, Puerto del Rosario, accessible via a cheap local bus service, has a recently rebuilt harbour promenade, many shops and a large modern covered shopping complex.
