Casa Sonada is situated in an attractive residential development benefiting from an elevated position giving panoramic views of the south coast from the roof terrace. The location is ideal for peace and tranquillity, yet close to all amenities. The villa is airy with spacious accommodation and terraces to allow privacy and variety. The accommodation consists of a large living room, kitchen, utility room and 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a further bathroom. The private pool is a particular feature with Roman steps set into extensive paved sun terracing in safe non-slip tiles.

Casa Sonada a perfect holiday villa

This property is well maintained, everything that you could possibly need to relax and enjoy a carefree holiday is there. The gardens are beautiful the pool clean and well maintained, the overall experience was superb. The local amenities are close by with good supermarkets,beautiful beaches and plenty to see and experience. This is one villa not to be missed, however,maybe we shouldn't say too much as we may not get in next year! Rich and Clare .

Very relaxing stay

Beautiful location in Binibeca, relaxing and quiet but nice restaurants a short walk. Local beach is absolutely lovely. Villa is very spacious and relaxing. Very well equipped kitchen, everything we needed and more. Beach toys provided for kids which was great. Wonderful large garden. Sunsets from roof terrace gorgeous every night. Definitely keen to visit again. Only reason for 4/5 is due to no wifi but this was not a major issue for us. Felt very much like a home from home.

Coast/Beach:

10 mins walk to one of Menorca's most beautiful beaches with its famous beach bar. Enjoy lunch under one of the thatched umbrellas overlooking the turquoise Mediterranean Sea and white sand. Safe shallow bathing. Wonderful for small children.

Travel:

Mahon airport 15 mins drive. Es Castell 15 mins drive. Mahon harbour 15 mins by car.

Car hire is essential to fully appreciate the beauty and tranquility of this unique Balearic Island.

Hospital, medical assistance all within 15 mins by car.

Distances:

5 mins walk to the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants of Binibeca Vell.

The magnificent Mahon Harbour and Old Town of Mahon with its cobbled streets and impressive shops is only a 15 minute drive.

Further Details:

10 minutes drive to Punta Prima and S'Algar beaches where there are scuba diving schools and water sports. A road train runs between Binibeca and Punta Prima throughout the holiday season. This is very popular with the children.

Extremely efficient local management agents are on hand to attend to any problems that may arise.

Outside: The private, 8m x 4m pool is a particular feature, with Roman steps for ease of access, set into extensive paved sun terracing in safe non-slip tiles. The pool is lit and has a maximum depth of 1.80m and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. The villa has a large outside table and chairs for al fresco dining. A portable BBQ is provided. The villa has large gardens with lawned areas and attractive beds. There is ample off road car parking space. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board and selection of children's beach toys. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included except beach towels. Linen changed on a weekly basis. Twice a week pool clean and gardener service included. Other: All living areas and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. There is an enclosed washing/drying area off the utility room from the kitchen. The villa has a digital safe and key box.
