The apartment is provided fully loaded. Leather settee and furniture .two bedrooms with own shower and bath facilities. Separate double doors from main bedroom to patio.. Lovely and quiet . Free Wi Fi recently installed.

Lovely apartment in a quiet complex. Well equipped, comfortable, clean and close to local amenities.

Everything was perfect and as advertised. For feedback - it would have been very helpful to have had instructions as to where to find the apartment within the complex if not using the car park. We arrived by taxi in the dark and it took us ages to find the right apartment - even in daylight, it's not intuitive unless you enter through the car park.

Just perfect

Was really impressed with the apartment had everything you need, pool is on your doorstep.All the local restaurants bars are 10 min walk with supermarkets bank all in one area.we had nice meals takeaways recommend the Indian think it's called masala, we also tried Thai noodle bar which was nice also pizza takeaway. Had lunch in the nufluid a couple of times,can also say uno bar is nice and friendly oh we also tried the chicken takeaway place,can't complain about any of them.taxi from airport cost 70euro,17euro to Marbella.weather was really bad when we went but staying in the apartment wasn't a problem as its so big and had lots TV channels(only because it rained the whole time) books and had free WiFi. Did have a walk down to the beach but the area isn't that nice beach was nice.can definitely recommend this apartment and if was going to elviria again would certainly choose here to stay.

Apartment is wonderfully located, well furnished, very clean and with everything you need for a break. Daryl provided a great service and very easy to deal with, offered an extra night as our first night was lost due to a cancelled flight as a result of the French ATC strike. Facilities, including car parking were excellent with plenty of good shops & restaurants nearby.

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your gorgeous apartment. Hadnt been to Elviria before and discovered a hidden gem, what a lovely upmarket place but not at Puerto Banus prices.

Next door to a grat golf course, what more could we ask for. definitely going to book next year.

By playing golf on the Costa Del for 35 years my decision to buy at Elviria was from experience. I bought the property with 3 friends. We make sure the property is completely redecorated and furniture updated every 5 years. Our philosophy is Why would you want to go on holiday and stay ins property that isn't as nice as your own home. Our apartment is Ideally located for golf, shopping, beach yet far enough away for a quiet relaxing holiday. Equally important is that it's a completely flat walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants. If you rented an apartment that was on the hills behind your resort you would have to travel by car all the time .

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 45 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Numerous at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Santa Maria Golf & Country Club at 0.1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Numerous at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Ski : Sierra Nevada at 200 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Nikki beach at 1 Kilometres Car: not necessary

There is a 'Go Ape' style of adventure tree climbing, abseiling park which is 5 mins walk away on the way to the shops and restaurants which looks great fun for people of all ages.


The beach is only 15 mins walk away including the World famous Nikki Beach Club.


Malaga airport is 30 mins drive away.


Marbella 10 mins drive. Puerto Banus 15 mins drive.

Fuengirola 15 mins drive.

One of the main benefits is the location as mentioned above. It has everything you could want in a holiday to suit all types of people. Golf, shopping, beach, horse riding, restaurants or even the nightlife at Puerto Banus or locally at the "World famous Nikki Beach Club". But what we like most is to be able to sit on the patio in a lovely grassed, palm tree, garden and pool area and relaxing, enjoying the lovely weather whilst everyone else can go off and do what they want to do.

Outside: Private patio, outdoor table and chairs and outdoor loungers available. 3 pools available. 2 directly outside apartment including separate shallow child’s pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. However if you have 5-6 people and need to have linen for the sofa bed there is an additional weekly charge of £56.
