Home from home, immaculate throughout, very spacious and tastefully furnished to a high standard. Apartment comprises of a large air-conditioned living/dining room, with a large 3 seater and two seater sofas, a dining table and 6 chairs, the 3 seater sofa bed can sleep an additional two, with space also for a single pull out bed. This area leads onto a large half covered balcony that is furnished with a table and chairs and 2 private sun loungers for exclusive sun bathing.

Paphos Harbour with its extensive offering of restaurants, bars and shops is only a ten minute stroll, as is the new Kings Avenue shopping mall, with many eating places like Burger King, KFC, TGI Friday, Taco Bell and Costa Coffee and Cafe Nero.

Paradise Gardens

Just returned from a short four night break at the Paradise Gardens complex. The weather was superb for November with plenty of sunshine. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless and credit to the owner, so comfy. The complex is not too far from the main town or harbour around a 15 minute walk. There is a really good restaurant/bar called Pambis not far along the road and is really recommended the food is brilliant, every type of food you could name. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, you would not be disappointed.

Location

After many wonderful holidays in Paphos, we decided the time was right to buy in Cyprus. With it being sunny for over 300 days a year, and great friendly local people it is very relaxing. Paphos International Airport is only 15 mins drive away, so the area is very accessible all year round.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Paphos at 10 Miles Nearest Barpub : Pambis at 250 Metres Nearest Golf : Aphrodite hills at 10 Miles Nearest Restaurant : Pambis at 250 Metres Nearest Beach : Municipal at 500 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

10 minutes walk to several European Blue Flag beaches.

with various water sports facilities, with the nearest being at the sea front in Kato Paphos near Alexander the Great Hotel.

Beach at Coral Bay and Vardis beach with its golden sands is 10 mins by Local Bus. The new beach area at Kissonerga is well worth a visit, with sun beds and beach bar, The legendary Aphrodites Rock At Petra Rominou is approx 20 mins drive.

Travel:

Paphos airport is just 15 mins drive from Paradise Gardens 1. Taxis transfers approx €25/30. Car hire is not essential, but recommended if you want to explore the area, we can be arrange this for you, there is undercover parking and parking areas outside the apartment.

Distances:

The delightful harbour and medieval fort of Paphos are approx 10 mins walk from the apartment. The picturesque trails of Troodos Mountains or the rugged beauty of the Akamas Peninsular are 60 mins drive. Limassol, the largest seaside resort is an hours drive. Nicosia, the capital lies at the centre of Cyprus & Larnaca are both approx 2 hrs drive away. Trips can be arranged by the tourist Information Office to Egypt, Rhodes and Symi.

Further Details:

Unesco World Heritage site at the Tomb of the Kings. 15 mins casual walk to the Paphos Water Park. Numerous Bars & International restaurants and authentic Cypriot Meze Restaurants close by. The new Kings Avenue shopping Mall is just down the road and offers a huge choice of shops and restaurants, Airport transfers and special occasions can be arranged, we can arrange flowers, chocolates, champagne or celebratory cakes for any occasion to be delivered at a time and place to suit you.

Paradise Gardens is the perfect location for privacy. Yet it is only 10 mins from the harbour and main bars, and restaurants. There is a local kiosk just up the road for supplies, as well as a Diner serving good food. The waterpark is only 10 mins walk, and the public beach only 5 mins.
