Bars, shops and restaurants as well as two supermarkets are situated close by. Albufeira, with its glorious beaches and lively nightlife is a short taxi ride away. Balaia Golf Village is situated next door, Pine Cliffs golf course is literally a 5 minute drive away and the world famous golf courses at Vilamoura are 15 minutes away.

The apartment and pool are fantastic and had everything that we needed. As a result you may expect a few more bookings as we left will still lots of things that we wanted to do Neil & friends.
Activity and Interests
There are several local beaches within short walking distance, or even more within easy reach by car! There are over 23 enchanting beaches in and around Albufeira alone! Water parks suitable for all ages are within 30 minutes by car. Whatever your preference, whether this is energetic watersports or just relaxation, you can't go wrong!
Faro Airport is approximately a 30 minute drive. The average flight time from the UK is 2–3 hours and Faro is now well served by the low-cost/charter airlines.
Olhos de Água doesn’t have nightclubs, but enjoys many late bars and fine restaurants. For a livelier evening ”The Strip” in Albufeira is a 5 minute taxi ride, offering an excellent atmosphere of entertainment bars and nightclubs.
Albufeiras’ 'Old Town', with its whitewashed houses lining the narrow streets, is 5 kms from the apartment. The Town Square has a generous array of cafes, street vendors, entertainers, late night boutiques, and excellent music bars.
The nearest supermarket, bars, and restaurants are a short walk (5mins). The majority of attractions are within a 20 minute drive, including Slide & Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine, Krazy World, and many more. Excursions can be booked on arrival. Banks and cash points are available in Olhos de Água, Albufeira, and Vilamoura.

50% non-refundable deposit on booking. Balance payable 12 weeks prior to departure date together with £200 breakages deposit. The breakages deposit will be reimbursed upon return providing the apartment and contents have been left in good order upon departure.

- Notes on accommodation: Spacious apartment suitable for families, couples and professionals. The apartment has remotely controlled dual purpose air conditioning/heating units which supply warmth in the winter months and cool air in the summer months. The apartment overlooks the 2 swimming pools and landscaped gardens. The exceptionally large (double terrace) balcony has an outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. Cot and highchair available on request. Outside: The kitchen, bedrooms and living room each have patio doors leading to a huge private double terrace (overlooking landscaped gardens and pools) with a patio table and 6 chairs provided. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained gardens around shared pools consisting of a large communal swimming pool (approx. 25m x 10m) and a childrens' splash pool. Sunbeds/loungers are available around the pools as is a shower facility. A tennis court is available for use free of charge. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own pool and beach towels. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned at the start of each rental and again at the end. Additional cleaning and laundry can be arranged at additional cost.
