Apartment with roof terrace in Vilamoura, Central Algarve - Close To Marina And Beach

Located in the exclusive Algarve resort of Vilamoura, Palm Village is a private condominium of modern apartments. Located 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport and within walking distance to the beach and marina as well as all of Vilamoura's Golf courses. The third floor apartment has two twin bedrooms, the master bedroom with its own en-suite and balcony. The living room and dining area is open plan which leads outside on to another spacious balcony, from which you can access the large private roof terrace which benefits from the sun all day. Outside in the secure complex there is a large swimming pool with small children’s pool. The gardens are very well maintained and can only be accessed by residents who have a security code. The Underground parking is secure and has a lift directly to outside the apartment which makes it suitable for pushchairs, wheelchairs and those less able to walk stairs.

Just a quick mail to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in your apartment. It was ideal for us and very spacious. The children really enjoyed the pool which was never overcrowded and we appreciated having our own sunbeds poolside. I feel it is important to take a moment to praise Sonia for firstly the cleanliness of the apartment and the overall friendliness and efficiency with which she run's her business. We have found her to be the best management company we have dealt with by far.

The holiday was great! The accommodation and facilities were excellent and had everything we needed. I would also like to comment on the management company, the lady was very informative, pleasant and very welcoming. Thanks again and we will def be coming back.

We had a fab holiday thanks, really relaxing. The apartment was great, very spacious. We particularly enjoyed sunning ourselfs on the roof terrace. Some great restaurants etc in the Marina and we enjoyed this!

Fabulous holiday in Villamoura. The apartment is stunning and the complex is well maintained with a lovely pool which was never too busy. The owner Jo is extremely helpful and made booking and transfers hassle free. Would definitely come again

Beautiful apartment in a lovely setting

Fully equipped apartment and maintained to a high standard. Situated in a beautifully kept complex with a large pool. We particularly liked that we had our own sunbeds which meant that we had use of them whenever we wanted. The roof terrace is amazing and it was a shame that it was too hot to use during our holiday. This is definitely a bonus compared to other apartments within the complex. The bbq had a lot of use too. Vilamoura is within walking distance although it takes about 30 minutes. We enjoyed the walk though so is never a problem to us. Communication with the owner is also excellent. All in all a huge thumbs up from us! We would definitely be looking at staying again. Thank you for a wonderful two weeks!

When we arrived at the apartment Carla was there to meet us and show us around . The apartment was spotless and fully equipped and as we had teenagers with us the wi-fi was an essential as was the airconditioning as the temperature often hit over the '30's'.The apt has 2 balconies and a roof terrace which was great to sit out on at night. Great size pool which was never too busy. Lovely walk to the Marina and only €5 for a taxi to return. Overall we had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment. Jo 'the owner' of this apt was very helpful with any queries I had in the run up to my stay.🌞

Very nice, modern and well located appartment

We found your property very pleasant, in a very clean and well maintained ‘condominum’. The water salt swimming pool was a very nice surprise! The apartment has all the facilities required and the location is great! Very close to the centre of Vilamoura and its ‘marina’ and less than 2km from the beach!

Also Anita, responsible for the administration services, was very kind and provided useful tips!

The accommodation was great and we look forward to come back soon!

Fab holiday in fab apartment

I cannot reccomend this apartment enough, from start to finish everything was great, jo the owner kept us well informed with all information. Apartment was great and bonus of roof terrace was amazing, everything was exactly as described, we were met by a carla who was very helpfull, and when we received an unexpected parking ticket (we thought we could park anywhere in villamoura overnight ) and we didn't have a clue what to do, one call to Sonia who looks after the apartment and it was sorted it for us with them even paying it locally on our behalf.

We hope to return to villamoura next year and would have no hesitation staying at this apartment again. Thank you ladies you were great

We're a family of 4 with two kids (aged 16 & 12) we stayed for 12 nights this was our 2nd visit to the apartment. 3G is a great apartment the kitchen is well equipment, good sized bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space, clean bathrooms with good showers, in the lounge large TV and updated Wi-Fi providing a good selection of channels. The 2 balconies and roof terrace set the apartment apart from others. We had a hire car for which the underground car park is ideal. The complex is kept immaculate, Pool area is superb with 4 comfortable loungers specifically for your use. This is the 2nd time we'd been in August and on both occasions benefitted from the use of a hotel size pool, sometimes exclusively and at it's busiest in late afternoon their were a maximum of 25 people around the pool area. Many of the owners are Portugese families (down from the north? for holidays) who we recognised both years and are friendly.

Locally 5 minutes walk away is a complex with 2 very good Portuguese run restaurants, a couple of English type bars and a supermarket. The nearest beach is walkable (maybe 20 minutes) we'd often head into Vilamoura using palm lined path to walk down into town around 20 minutes (5 euro taxi). Vilamoura is a glamour resort excellent restuarants and bars we'd often be sat outside a restaurant overlooking the marina when a Ferrari/Aston Martin cruises past (show offs!). There are all sorts of restuarants many very good value. Aqualand a waterpark is recommended. In short we love the apartment and Vilamoura and hope to come back a third time soon.

Long and sandy, backed by cliffs which run from Vilamoura Marina to Olhos de Agua. Good water sport facilities and lifeguards. Approx 20 min walk, extensive parking available at the beach as well as the "tourist train" which runs every hour and serves the local area including marina, beach and shops.


Faro airport is a 20 mins drive away, car hire is recommended, although not essential as taxis are cheap and the beach and marina are a 20 min walk away. Taxis to and from the airport are around 40 euros one way. Easyjet, Jet2, Monarch, BA and Ryanair are among some of the many airlines who fly to Faro airport from many UK locations.

Further Details:

A small complex of restaurants and bars plus a supermarket is located close to the apartment. Here you will find Antonio's which is a Portuguese family run restaurant which combines good food at value for money prices with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, I receive many recommendations from my guests after they eat here. The Marina is a 20 min walk away and has a huge variety of restaurants, bars and activities. If you prefer to use a taxi after a night out it costs approx €7 back to the apartment.
