A one bedroomed detached holiday cottage/bungalow, sleeping 2, in the small village of Epping Green, between Epping and Harlow in the Essex countryside but only 16 miles from London, ideal for business or holidays. Within easy reach of London, Cambridge and Oxford, conveniently situated for M25/M11/M1 motorway links to all parts of the country. We are under an hours drive from Heathrow and Gatwick and 25 minutes from Stansted and City Airports. Central Line tube 3.5 miles at Epping, 40 minutes to central London.

About the Owner

The bungalow is owned by Robert and his partner Brenda, Brenda is the main contact and manages the property along with holiday caravans in Dorset and Norfolk.

We were both born and raised in the village, in fact Brenda was born in the cottage next door where she still lives, you can be assured that God willing we are not going anywhere in a hurry.

We have known each other since we were old enough to talk and attended the village primary/junior school staying in the same classes right through to senior school leaving

We take great pleasure in meeting our guests who travel from all over the world, it is extremely popular for ex pats from Oz and Nz

We do not impose on our guests privacy but are always on hand for help and advice, you can be assured of our personal attention.

The property was originally built for Roberts father when he could no longer manage his 3 bedroomed house in the village, on his passing we decided to keep the bungalow and let it for holiday accommodation, a first in the village and very rare in the area as a whole.
