All village shops, the beach, restaurants, bars and nightclub are within 10 minutes walk. Golf courses - Boa Vista, Espiche, Palmares and Parque da Floresta are all close by.The villa is ideally situated for golf parties due to the close proximity of these 4 courses.You could even take wives and girlfriends who could relaxe round the pool or on the beach while you are having 18 holes, maybe 36!!

The historical town of Lagos is 10 minutes drive away and the villa is 50 minutes from Faro.

About Christine Harris

We have owned the villa from new and as we have been visiting Luz for over 30 years it was inevitable that we would one day take the plunge and buy.Our children have grown up meanwhile but still love to come over as does our grandaughter (the first one, still waiting for a second!) We always hope that our clients enjoy a relaxing holiday as we do when we come.

All the family have loved coming to Luz for many years as the location is perfect for a relaxing holiday with a beautiful beach with all amenities to hand,lovely restaurants at reasonable prices in the village and golf courses close by. Just a short drive or taxi ride is the town of Lagos if you want more shops and more action with bars and clubs for a lively evening out

What makes this villa unique

The villa has a perfect position for panoramic sea views. It is very spacious and nicely furnished.The surrounding area is quiet but just a 10 minute stroll away from the village and beach

Notes on accommodation: Air Conditioning/Heating system throughout. Log burning fire Outside: Large balcony terrace area from lounge overlooking private pool and ocean with large table with 8 chairs. Stairs down to large patio/terrace area surrounding good size pool,also accessed from Bedrooms 1 & 2 - with large stone table and bench, comfortable sun loungers supplied. Rear terrace accessed via Bedrooms 3 & 4 only, access is not possible from the outside,making it safe for children. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean linen and towels are supplied and the property is cleaned twice a week. Iron and ironing board available Other: Two front bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.the two rear bedrooms share a communal shower,basin,toilet room. The kitchen/diner has dishwasher,washing machine/dryer,double oven microwave and hob.elec. kettle and toaster.Fridge/freezer.Dining table/chairs.

A hidden gem from Steve and Michele

My family and I have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks in this villa, the pictures on the web site do not give it credit, as it is such a well equipped and high spec villa. Waking up every day and having such a wonderful view over the ocean was one of the high lights. We were there with our 4 grown up children and a couple of their partners and it never felt crowded. The villa is just outside town which makes it really quiet to laze around the pool but only 10 minutes walk in to town where there are ample shops and restaurants. There is a long sandy beach about 15 minutes from the Villa which really did not get that busy during our stay with plenty of water sport activities you could get involved in. Also just 2 minutes walk from the villa you could climb down some rocks and go snorkelling . Only negative if you want late night partying this town doesn't have any, but other than that I would highly recommend a visit.

A fantastic holiday!

We've just returned home from a fantastic week at this villa. It's a beautiful villa, lovely furnishings and the kitchen literally has everything you could wish for! :) The pool area and balcony are also superb with wonderful views out to sea. The hotel just behind the villa is really handy to quickly pop for a spot of lunch or to grab a quick ice-cream as well. Would recommend for family and friends to stay here.. It's so nice and the owners are really friendly and helpful as well. We would definitely go back!

Excellent. One of the best houses I ever rented.

The photos do not do this house justice, at all. It is much bigger and more attractive than it seems in the photos. We arrived and all jumped for joy. Especially at the amazing view from the huge verandah.

It's an "upside-down house", bedrooms downstairs, two double bedrooms giving out on the pool area and two giving out onto the patio behind, with a huge lounge and kitchen upstairs taking advantage of the great view over the sea.

The house is beautifully decorated, ultraclean, and was truly a home away from home.

All mod cons, and wifi worked perfectly which is always appreciated when you are travelling with adolescents.

It's only 1 km walking distance from the town of Luz along the beautiful coastal track.

Highly recommendable.
