The apartment comprises of lounge/dining room. Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. Located on the outskirts of Los Alcarzares but only 5 mins from the centre where shops and a weekly market selling local fresh produce. This is a must visit! The Roman city of Cartegena is 20 mins drive and the city of Murcia 30 mins away. The famous La Manga area is also 30 mins away.

Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning/ heating. Free Wi-Fi Outside: The apartment boasts a large roof solarium and separate balcony. The roof solarium is equipped with 4 sun loungers, side tables, and patio table and 4 relaxer chairs. There is also a large sun awning for when it gets too sunny and commands stunning views of the mountains and surrounding areas. There is also lighting to enjoy those balmy evenings. The balcony ( which faces east therefore morning sun for ‘breakfast alfresco in the sun’), has patio table 4 chairs. The private gated complex enjoys 2 good sized communal pools within grassed gardens, which do have a separate children’s' section. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen including beach towels are provided.The apartment is cleaned before arrival. Other: The large roof solarium is equipped with sun loungers, patio table and chairs, sun awning for when it gets too sunny and commands stunning views over the mountains and surrounding areas.

Beautiful laid out two bedroom apartment with all the amenities you could ask for a self catering holiday.Only a short walk away to supermarket and Restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach.The highlight of this lovely apartment is the roof top terrace with plenty of space.. a bbq..6 seater table.. four sunbeds although a little worn and torn (my only fault bout the apartment! )We had a lovely holiday here and would recommend it to any body looking to book here .We will return..(",)

Fantastic apartment

If you're looking for a great apartment then choose this one. Apartment itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with everything you need for your stay. Location is ideal and a very short walk to the square with it's many bars and restaurants. Fantastic beach that was never really crowded is also a short walk, just past the square brings you to the beach. Town of Los Alcazares is also within walking distance. Another great feature of the apartment is the private roof terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs and barbecue, perfect for relaxing. Would highly recommend this apartment and I myself will definitely be booking again.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of £75 is required per week of rental. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. A refundable deposit £100 is required for breakages/damages or loss of keys. The prices are inclusive of electricity/linen and welcome pack.

Changeover Day:
On arrival you will be met by our local representative who will supply you with the keys and explain how everything in the apartment works. Changeover day is usually Saturday, but if possible out of season we will try to be flexible to assist you.
