Why dave and kit chose South Tenerife
We both love the climate in Tenerife particularly as the weather is good all year round. But Los Cristianos appealed to us mostly because it has the feel of a town with a church square at the heart of it. There are also many restaurants and you can walk along the lovely promenade for miles and miles.

Activity and Interests
The complex is approx 10-15 min walk to the beach and town. Well maintained and clean beach with sunbed hire.
Reina Sofia airport is approx 15 min drive to Los Cristianos on the TF1 motorway. Taxis are plentiful outside airport terminal .The local bus service (Titsa) offer a service from the airport into Los Cristianos bus station and they run frequently. There is a taxi rank opposite Los Cristianos bus station if required. There is also a taxi rank a little way down the hill from apartment.
There are many excursions to be enjoyed from Los Cristianos and these can be booked locally as well as car hire and money exchange. There is also a very good bus service on the island which operates from the main bus station in the town of Los Cristianos. There is a supermarket close to apartment and there is a variety of different restaurants just down the hill.

Please telephone owners to book. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance to follow no later than 6 weeks before departure. If late booking is made the full amount is required.
This is flexible. Apartment available from 12 noon on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. However flexibility is possible if arrivals and departures are at unusual times
Notes on prices:
£225 per week and £25 per any additional days.
please contact owners. £50 non refundable deposit required for a week and £75 non refundable deposit required for two week stay. The balance to be forwarded 6 weeks before departure.
Owner's Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

- Outside: Small communal pool which is heated from October to March. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge at the poolside. Cleaning / Towels / Linen Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed on a weekly basis and the property will be cleaned before you arrive and at the end of your stay.
