3 bedroom detached single storey villa with private pool and rooftop solarium in the La Herrada area of Los Montesinos. The pool area has outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. It has a large porch, entrance hall, spacious lounge/dining area, separate kitchen, family bathroom, 3 bedrooms (1 twin and 2 double) with the master bedroom having an en-suite shower room. The villa is well furnished with air conditioning/heating in the lounge and all bedrooms.The villa benefits from free WIFI access and English TV channels. La Herrada can be found on the edge of the very Spanish village of Los Montesinos with its traditional village square, shops, bars and restaurants. Los Montesinos is close to the salt lake and the protected natural park. The villa is within easy walking distance of a large supermarket and a bar. It is only a short drive to the beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja and near to several golf courses. Our villa is easily accessible from Alicante airport (about 40 mins away). Free fibre optic WIFI available .

Overall great but some improvements required

Overall property was spacious, nicely cleaned, swimming pool good size,en suite shower tiny though,not very comfortable. What we missed is some amenities to be fixed such as ac , two rooms did not work,that was very unpleasant when sleeping night time. Missed some complimentary welcome upon arrival, such as bottle of water at least,where other places even provide kids drawing sets, also double checking how guests are doing would be great, to our understanding customer service could be improved,but other than AC and those little comments was a great stay,good and quite location, if those things were fixed,would possibly come back again..

quick holiday

decided on short notice to have a quick holiday away. Villa was pleasant and had what we needed. Pool wasn't heated, but we were aware of this at time of booking.

Great villa

Very impressed with the villa, good size rooms and plenty of outdoor space. Everything we needed was available, very well equipped. Set in an urbanisation it was was quiet. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk and a good bar also in walking distance.
