This spectacular penthouse is perfectly positioned close to Peyia village centre where numerous shops and tavernas can be found. The two extra large balconies allow you to enjoy outdoor living at its best. The lounge and first bedroom lead on to a large front facing balcony with breathtaking 180 degrees sea views. Both bedrooms also lead onto their own large balcony with sea and mountain views. The apartment has 2 well appointed bedrooms and a large open plan lounge/dining room. Internet and Cytanet TV has now been installed. Furnishings are of a high quality and well appointed. The balconies, which are equipped with table, chairs and loungers, are perfect to watch the sun rise and set while enjoying the wonderful views. A good sized tiled pool with Roman steps, well equiped gym and sauna are all exclusively available to residents. Peyia is an excellent base to tour Polis in the North, Akamas to the West to Coral Bay and Paphos in the South. It is a quiet block for those wanting a relaxing time while on holiday.

About the Owner
We are a hard working couple who enjoy living and working in the sun. John is a qualified Chartered Accountant in British Cypriot tax and works all over Cyprus. He visits his clients on his motorbike to discuss their tax affairs and residency issues. I was also an accountant in the UK however, here in Cyprus I have completely changed direction. I do voluntary work for Victim Support & I am Editor for the Episkopi Garrison e-mag EpiTalk.
Our family in the UK has extended from twin grandchildren (Megan & Ryan) to triplet grandchildren (George, William & Archie!) Xmas is getting expensive.
In Cyprus we have two rescue dogs. Charlie is 5 year old Retriever X and Barney is 3 year old Pointer X. Barney had a bad start in life and has now had two hip operation.

Having stayed in this apartment last year it was our first choice for our return visit to Peyia this year. It's a beautiful apartment with stunning views from the balconies. There is a great selection of bars & restaurants in Peyia village as well as a supermarket, fruit market, chemist, etc. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anybody looking for a well equipped apartment in an extremely convenient location.
Just returned from a lovely relaxing week at Peyia sea view. The apartment was bright and spacious with really comfy sofas for the times when you want to escape from the heat for a while. The balconies are really big with lovely views over the surrounding area.
We didn't hire a car so used the local bus service for trips into Coral Bay and Agios Gorgios. It's also possible to get a bus to Paphos if you change at Coral Bay. There were plenty of local tavernas to choose from walking distance from the apartment in Peyia. There was also a well stocked local supermarket if you fancy cooking something for yourself, the kitchen in the apartment had everything you needed.
Stunning apartment situated 5 mins from the village, very well furnished with all appliances, wi-fi is also available, sky news if you can be bothered with whats happening in the world, the views are terrific but be warned the large veranda is a sun trap and becomes very hot at this side of the apartment not that im complaing as i loved it, the building is very secure so very little chance of anything untoward happening, didn,t use the pool as we felt it was a bit of trek up and down the lift for a quick dip, some strange rules though, no high heels in the building, parking arrangements need refined because if you were to use the spot for 302 one of the other residents could easily block you in, overall loved it and would return in a heartbeat
This is a simply brilliant apartment. Spacious, clean, well equipped & in a fantastic location with gorgeous views. If you don't drive it is literally a 5 mins (easy) walk to the village & there is also public transport available to take you further afield. Sue is very communicative & helpful & I thoroughly recommend her place, I will definitely return at the first opportunity.

“Peyia is an ideal base to tour the north, west and south coast of Cyprus. The apartment had one of the best views we had ever seen and is obviously in a prime location. The standards of the apartments were very high and not like other apartments in the area. We got what we paid for! Peyia is an up and coming village. It has everything within the village you could want. Good tavernas, post office, bank, hairdressers and wonderful bakeries to name a few. It is a community that joins together the Cypriot people and the expats living in the area and is a sort after place to live. As a holiday maker you will be made welcome by everyone and can often find new friends that last a life time. It is far enough away from the tourist areas but easy to reach if you want to wander around”

The apartment is in a perfect location for a quiet, peaceful honeymoon for any couple. You can sit on the balconies and watch the sun rise and set while sipping your favourite tipple. What could be more relaxing!
Bird watching is another favourite and Peyia is an ideal base as we have the Akamas area right next door. I am always surprised by the amount of different species people see. Wild flowers are lovely especially in the spring.
We do have turtle watch on the Akamas at certain times of the year for those who are close to nature. Greenbacks and Leatherhead turtles come to Cyprus every year to lay their eggs.
Walking, cycling and running activities are all popular within the area but so is relaxing in the sun.
Laura Beach (known as Turtle Bay) is about 10 mins drive away and if you are lucky you can watch the turtles arrive to lay their eggs. Coral Bay beach is a safe beach for children and is about 5 minutes drive. There are many more beaches to choose from going North, West and South.
Paphos airport is 30km or 35 mins drive. Car hire is recommended so that you can enjoy the island.
Peyia village centre is a maximum 3 minute amble.
Coral Bay is 5 minutes drive.
Paphos town 20 minutes drive.
Troodos 1 - 1½ hour’s drive.
Peyia borders the beautiful and unspoilt Akamas National Park where miles of tracks can be found.
Peyia has a small village centre which offers everything a visitor could need. It has atmospheric tavernas, supermarkets, banks, doctors surgery, large church and take-aways. It borders the wonderfully unspoilt Akamas National Park where you will find miles of lovely countryside, Laura Beach (known as Turtle Bay), traditional tavernas and spectacular views. Local activities include fishing, golf, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, tennis, water skiing and windsurfing. Welcome packs and car hire can be arranged on request. Paphos and Coral Bay are close by and have all the shops, tavernas and markets you could wish for.

Provisional bookings are accepted verbally or in writing and will be held for 5 days pending receipt of deposit. To confirm the booking a 20% payment is required. We will send you a booking form which we will ask you to complete and return to us. The balance and £100 refundable security deposit is payable 8 weeks before you travel. Any additional needs, cleaning, aircon or an extra welcome pack can be paid for separately on request.
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival and departure times will be arranged with you on booking. If we do not have anyone arriving on your departure day we are happy for you to stay at the apartment until you are ready to leave for the airport.
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and have not increased since 2011. Discounts for long winter lets and multiple weeks will be given on request.
Deposit of 20% of the total rental to be paid within 5 days of booking the holiday dates and the final payment (plus a security deposit) to be paid 8 weeks before departure date.

“As the apartment is so close to the village centre it is easy to amble to the tavernas or shops or jump into the car for a short journey to Coral Bay or Paphos. If you want to relax, the apartment has wonderful balcony spaces which are ideal for eating, reading, sunbathing or sitting with friends enjoying the sunshine/moonshine. The huge lounge patio doors leading to the extensive front balcony extend your living space right outside. The views are wonderful. And now we have internet:-) Staying in touch could not be easier.”

- Notes on accommodation: Due to requests from previous guests, we have now fitted air-con units in both bedrooms and the lounge. These will be available at a small additional cost. Please ask at the time of booking. However, if you prefer to use the room fans, these will still be provided in each room. A small welcome pack is provided for when you arrive. The sauna and gym are well equipped and can only be entered by using a security key only. Internet access is now available to keep you connected. There is a large comprehensive information file in the apartment for you to look through. It tells you about the local area, where to visit, where to avoid and other useful titbits. Outside: The bedroom balconies have 2 sun loungers and two chairs and the lounge balcony has a table with 4 chairs, umbrella, 4 seated chairs and 2 sun loungers. The overall building stands 2 stories high and is well landscaped. The tiled shared pool is attractive, quiet and well apportioned and has Roman steps leading into the shallow end. The pool area has changing rooms for male and females. There are sundbeds with umberella and tables around the pool for you to enjoy. The sauna and gym, which is well equipped and air-conditioned, are located on the ground floor. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Appartment towels and bed linen are supplied. We have also added beach towels for you to take out. We ask people to leave the property in the same clean condition as when they arrived. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request at a supplement. Other: The lounge leads on to the front balcony through large patio doors so that you can take in the views.
