This townhouse is situated on a quiet complex with beautiful landscaped gardens over looking Cabopino golf course. It is just 500 metres from the port of Cabopino which has one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. As the owners spend a lot of time at the property they have chosen high quality fixtures and furnishings such as top of the range air-conditioning and heating system (replaced in 2015 to a new very modern, efficient system), marble floors throughout, high quality furniture and designer made curtains. The newly installed luxury kitchen includes granite worktops, modern advanced appliances and increased cupboard space. The owner has recently installed fibre optic to the house which means high speed TV with many English channels available as well as others eg: Spanish, French, German, USA etc

About the Owner

As a Managing Director of a software and services company I really wanted a home from home when I bought this house in Cabopino. I work very hard and wanted a quality place I could visit for weekends or for a long holiday and be able to relax and unwind very quickly. It was also important that the house had all of the gadgets we have at home including internet access (optional extra) so that we could keep in touch and if really necessary be able to work from here. We achieved all of this and then my company seconded me to run their USA organisation as President for North America. This means we spend most of our time in Florida now but we do miss get back to our house in Spain regularly and ensure it continues to be maintained to the highest standards.

We would thoroughly recommend staying at this luxury townhouse. Great location, with a short walk to the beach, and there's plenty of good restaurants too. Sunny Townhouse

Enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks in your well equipped property. Thought bedroom one with the en-suite was bright and sunny.

Made good use of the BBQ using it 5 times. However I would suggest extending the canopy if possible as after mid afternoon the patio was permanently in the blazing hot sun with no shade.

Some issues with the wifi but you sorted this quickly which was much appreciated. You were always at the end of an text or e-mail ready to sort any problems which again was welcomed,

All looking forward to returning again at Xmas.

Re the sun on the rear patio, we had thought the awning we have already installed provides some shade. This is the first time we have had this feedback so we will investigate. Great to hear the fix with the wifi all worked and you were able to use up to 5 devices.

We absolutely loved it . It was everything we needed and more.excellent location fabulous beach and gorgeous little harbour with excellent choice of places to eat . The pool at villa was very well maintained and clean we loved having a swim after a day at beach . Villa was clean great patio areas front and back to relax eating breakfast everyday out side . We were there for seventeen nights and had two bed changes and cleaned.its a quick car ride away from old Marbella old town which is quaint a must visit. I would strongly recommend a car to visit all the lovey places esterpona ronda Gibraltar tariffa etc. Strongly recommend el oceano and da Bruno's restaurants . Kay the owner was very helpful . This will be an annual holiday for us we know and love this area very much . Thank you Kay we will be in touch to rent your lovely home again Liz and Perry Bayley Kent England .

Fabulous holiday in Cabopino

Just got home from a 2 week stay at your beautiful home in CaboPino. From start to finish it was excellent the instructions on how to get the keys and directions to the house were easy to follow and very accurate. The house had everything we needed and was a 15 minute walk down a slight hill to the beach. Only thing missing was a cool box for the beach (I bought and left one). The pool area is spotlessly clean and very well looked after. Easy access to the motorway for days out. Lots of supermarkets within a 5/10 min drive. The shop near the hose is a bit expensive. The restaurants within walking distance are all really nice also Andys bar on the beach served lovely food. The ones in the port are a bit More expensive. All in all fantastic best describes our stay and we will deffenatly recommend this property to our friends.

this property had it all, home from home abroad

We have visited Cabopino for many years now, taking family holidays and enjoying the peace that this area of the costa deal sol can provide, the apartment was everything we could have hoped for, all amenities provided, perfect location to the port and surrounding beach and restaurants. The apartment is situated in a beautiful and very well presented complex, lovely terrace overlooking the gardens and pool areas, set back enough to be quiet but still ease of access to the pool and gardens, we look forward to returning to this property at our earliest opportunity

Excellent house in a perfect location

Set in a lovely communal area about a ten minute walk from the port of Cabopino. The house literally has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The gardens and pool area are beautifully kept. There are three terraces so you can follow the sun around all day or if you feel like a bit of shade the terrace at the front of the house is perfect to grab a drink and some nibbles and chill. I would recommend a car if you want to explore the Costa. This is the perfect location to visit many places such as Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Gibraltar. Having said that you can get to these places using local transport quite easily, the beach is great and Andys bar is fun and serves good food. We bought fold away sun loungers to take to the beach and down to the pool to avoid daily charges. We've left them at the house so hopefully new ones won't be needed! Lots of amazing restaurants... Alberts in the port is a must! Overall a fantastic holiday. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday on the Costa del Sol.

From the Owner

As we began viewing properties in Marbella we saw all the usual tourist spots but had not heard of Cabopino. The estate agent accompanying us dropped us at this beautiful port as, unusually, she had a appointment at lunchtime so a sheer fluke! As we drove into the port we both lit up. It is beautiful going down the hill, seeing the quaint typically Spanish buildings and then coming into the port and seeing all the boats, the bars and restaurants and of course one of the best beaches in the area. We had lunch at one of the 'churringitos' (beach bar) and decided this was the place for us. The task then began to find a suitable place. As we toured Cabopino we saw signs for a new development of modern houses (as opposed to apts) we loved the artist impression and made an offer. Fantastic!

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 40 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Cabopizza and Sportsman at 25 Metres Nearest Golf : Cabopino at 1 Kilometres Nearest Train : Fuengirola at 10 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A7 at 400 Metres Nearest Restaurant : Cabopizza (lots of other in port 500 metres) at 25 Metres Nearest Beach : Cabopino at 500 Metres Car: not necessary


Cabopino beach is only 500 meters from our house (less than 10 minutes walk). The main beach is next to Cabopino port. You can relax on a sunbed (small daily charge) enjoying the great weather and the scenic views. If you are more active then you will no doubt enjoy the water sports (seasonal), or you can spend your time in the friendly "chiringitos" (beach bars)!


Malaga Airport is 30 minute drive. You can also fly into Gibraltar which is then a 1 hour drive. Car hire recommended, although we have had a number of guests stay without a car. Airport transfers can be arranged at additional cost.


Marbella is a 10 min drive. Puerto Banus 15 min drive. Mijas 30 min drive - Ronda 1 hour drive. Gibraltar 1 hour drive. Granada 2 hour drive. Seville 2 hour drive

Further Details:

Shopping: Two minute walk to a small shop that supplies essentials (milk, bread, etc.) Five minute walk to local garage for fresh baked bread, wine and some groceries There are several supermarkets and banks 10 minutes drive (or a short bus ride away).

Restaurants: Two minute walk to Pizza restaurant with bar and selection of other food. Five minute walk to Italian restaurant. Cabopino port has a great variety of restaurants with some of the best food and views in the area.

Bars - In addition to beach bars, there are many bars in the Cabopino plaza on the north side of the port. Our regular haunt is Jorges which does a great happy hour. For night-owls there is also a night club!

From the Owner

We love the fact that we can walk into the port and take full advantage of the beach, bars and restaurants. Because we have a house as opposed to an appt we have 3 fantastic terraces which means we get the sun all day. Great if you don't want to venture too far and still enjoy the sun. The front terrace is fantastic for breakfast, the rear terrace for lunch & dinner and the roof terrace for lazing on the sunbeds in the full sun. We also provide all of the modern gadgets including flat screen TV, English TV channels (subject to internet), quality hifi and for those who need to work or want to keep in touch back home, access to the internet (small charge). If necessary we can also provide a phone line (small charge). There are lots of books and games too so something for everyone.

  • Notes on accommodation: This is a non smoking property. It is maintained by a local, English speaking management company. The company can also provide a welcome food pack, cot or high chair for a small additional charge. Wi-Fi access to the internet is available at an additional charge. The basement has been converted to include an additional lounge, third bedroom and bathroom. If booked as a 2 bed this will be locked off. Outside: This house has 3 terraces: Ground Floor Front Patio - Furnished with a beautiful mosaic table, the front patio is very sunny in the morning and great for breakfast al fresco!
