This is lovely luxury apartment in a superb location. 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom within a 10 minute walk to beach, yachting marina, restaurants and shops. The apartment is set in semi-tropical gardens with a large pool. Inside the apartment is nicely furnished with everything that you need and has a great south facing terrace for having a meal or drink on. In minutes you have the choice of endless restaurants and bars from the famous fish area of 'La Carihuela' to the stunning yachting marina. No car is needed and local transport is close at hand.

Why Rob Dyson chose Torremolinos

I actually brought the property for myself. I choose the location as it is quiet yet a short walk to the beach, Marina, bars and restaurants. The front is a bit more lively.

The apartment is set in semi tropical gardens with a large shared pool (approx 45 feet x 25 feet) which you'll generally have to yourself and there are benches and umbrellas for shade. Utility Room: Ironing board and iron and cleaning equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: linen for each bed is included and a washing machine is included. The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and further cleaning is available on request.

Great location, the apartment is spacious and had everything we needed.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this apartment. The views are wonderful, the gardens and pool beautifully maintained and it is very peaceful.

The view comes courtesy of its position on a hill which may be difficult for some, however there is a supermarket (Mercadona) and restaurant (Mirador de Maria) within a few minutes stroll.

The apartment is very comfortable, all the rooms are spacious and it is well equipped. The large balcony is great and we spent a lot of time out there.

Would have no hesitation in recommending to others and indeed hope to return.

Great Apartment

My wife and I have stayed in the apartment in 2011 and 2013 for 4 weeks each time and we will stay there again in September-October 2014 for 4 weeks again. We love the location of the apartment near supermarkets, near the train station, Pinillo, near the church and near some marvellous restaurants. The apartment gets the sun on the large balcony in the morning and through until the late afternoon in the Autumn. The apartment has a large kitchen with all the amenities, washing machine, 4 hob ceramic cooker and oven, electric kettle and toaster as well as a large fridge freezer with a full complement of utensils.If you have a car there is safe parking in the underground garage.

A great apartment

This apartment is in a quiet residential area of benelmadena. It has a lovely pool and gardens. It's a big 2 bed apt with all facilities that you could need and a good size balcony which you can access via the lounge and master bedroom. Our 17month old boy spend hours running round the apt which was great for him. There was also a travel cot and high chair provided at no extra cost (just need to bring bedding for the cot).

We found the apt to be very clean.

Rob was a good host and met us on arrival to show us around. He was contactable at all times as he lives close by, but we had no need to disturb him. There was 1 big supermarket just 5minutes walk and a Lidl about 10mins walk.

Benelmadena marina was around a 10 min walk and the same for the beach and sea front. It was about a 20min walk to paloma park.

We also took the teleferico (cable car ride) and had a great time at the top watching the falconry. The crocodile park in torremolinos is well worth a visit. If you get a bad weather day then the sea life centre is ok but a bit expensive for what it is.

We ate out on the marina most nights but there are hundreds of bars restaurants to choose from across the resort. Not far from the teleferico is a more local area which is typically Spanish. There's also a British area around bonanza square.

The taxi from the airport was 23euros.

We had a great week and would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Fin de año al sol

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia muy agradable en el apartamento de Robert. El apartamento está muy bien equipado. Es muy cómodo y espacioso.Todo está muy a mano ( supermercados, playa) Muy recomendable para unas vacaciones tranquilas en esa soleada zona de España.

Car: not necessary


10 mins walking to the famous 'La Carihuela' beach. Here you'll find a wide sandy beach offering sun beds and umbrellas where one of the beach restaurants (Chiringuitos) will bring you drinks. A wide range of water sports is available from banana boat to paragliding.


Malaga airport is 10 mins by car/taxi or 15 mins by train. No car is needed and everything is within walking distance. If you plan on doing some sightseeing to Seville, Granada or Ronda you can choose an organised trip or may wish to hire a car.


Beach/Puerto Marina is 10 mins walk, Benalamdena Pueblo(village), 10 mins by car. Mijas Pueblo, 15 mins by car. Marbella, 30 mins by car. Malaga, 30 mins by train. Ronda, 1 hour 15 mins by car. Granada, 1.5 hours by car. Seville, 2.5 hours by car. Skiing Sierra Nevada, 1.5 hours by car.

Further Details:

There are more than 5 supermarkets within walking distance and endless restuarants. Changing money is no problems as all the big banks have branches to can walk to.
