This large, warm and homely villa with private pool, is only a 7 minute drive into the centre of Protaras where there are many bars, clubs and restaurants, not forgetting the beautiful well renowned Fig Tree Bay. It is located on a modern development on the outskirts of Paralimni where the nearest beach is only a 3 minute drive away to the picturesque cove of Ayia Triada in Kaparis.

I am Kate Eleftheriou and I have been advertising our villa in Cyprus with Owners Direct since 2009. We also have an apartment in the French Alps that we rent during the ski season.

Why Kate Eleftheriou chose Famagusta region

The reason we bought this property was because we love this side of the Island of Cyprus. Fig Tree Bay has some of the clearest and calmest waters and its a great place for children to play on the beach. The Villa is also situated on a quiet little estate, slightly away from the main tourist area but still allows you to travel to either Ayia Napa or Protaras to enjoy the night life. The other good thing is that you are very close to the local amenities with a 24 hour bakery across the road from the Villa, a huge supermarket that will cater for all your needs and if you fancy some retail therapy, you are less than a mile from the town centre of Paralimni.

What makes this villa unique

The property is conveniently located near a large supermarket, an English frozen food shop, a 24 hour bakery, a fruiterer, a pet shop and a toy store. There are many restaurants within walking distance from the villa also. The other excellent advantage is the town centre of Paralimni is just 1.5-2km away where you have a wide selection of boutiques to suit everyone's taste. Make sure you bring your credit card though!

Outside: The garden area consists of a private 10 x 8’ swimming pool offering refreshing relief during the long hot summer months. There is also a built in BBQ situated to the rear of the villa, ideal for cooking al-fresco. Sunbeds, outdoor table and chairs overlook the pool. Parking is made easy by the private drive, as well as road side parking in front of the villa. A small park area backs onto this quiet complex of villas, which offers enjoyment of wooden climbing frames and swings. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is maintained by a local company. A weekly maid service with hand, bath towel and linen change is included. Please bring your own beach towels. The owner will also provide the option of a pre-booked mid stay clean. Welcome packs are optional.

Great relaxing stay in spacious villa

We have stayed at this villa twice and think it is excellent value for money. We are completely relaxed when the holiday ended. The villa is located in a very quiet local area. We rented a car the second time to get around - the beautiful beaches are 5 mins away and shopping is also easy. However buses are plentiful and cheap

The pool at the villa is great for swimming or just fun pool. The villa itself is very spacious with air con in every room and there is also ensuite in master room. The property was very clean and well maintained. The local agent was friendly and helpful.
