The private terrace accessed from either the bedroom or living room is the star attraction. With large "al fresco" dining table, BBQ & sun loungers.

Both bedrooms are twin rooms furnished to the highest of standard. Ceiling fans for those hot summer nights, dressing table, leather seat & mirror, hairdryer, storage room, french doors onto the large terrace overlooking the 3rd green.

The bathroom is well appointed with shower, sunken bath, bidet, hand basin, heated towel rail etc.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board, drying facilities.

The living area has seating for up to 6 guests with leather armchair & reclining sofa. The audio facilities includes LCD TV & DVD system. Tasteful decor and spacious living area allow panoramic views over mountains, almond & olive groves & golf course. The Penthouse has 2 foldable sun loungers that can be taken to either the poolside or the beach.

Hi, My name is Paul East & my wife Julia and I have owned my Penthouse Apartment at La Torre since 2006 (from new).

I live in the village of Danbury, Chelmsford, Essex with my wife Julia & children Alexander (9yrs) & Eleanor (8yrs).

I work at Channels Golf Club near Chelmsford where I have been the manager for 14 years. My role is essentially hospitality based which I think very relevent when renting out my Penthouse as I fully appriciate customers needs & expectations.

The 2nd floor 2 bed apartment which is also advertised on the same page belongs to my assistant manager David Perry.

We are both keen golfers & hope you enjoy your time spent at our apartments.

We've stayed several times in this apartment and everything has been excellent - the communication and the apartment itself. It has wonderful views, is very quiet and we love visiting this part of Spain.

Just returned home after a lovely week in la torre golf resort where we had great time and met some lovely people , the apartment was very clean and comfortable, Paul was great from the start to end of our holiday.we have actually bought an apartment here, but will not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and family.Just to say we ate out in La Roble where the food was good and the service excellent.the Smokehouse was lovely for a coffee and a snack overlooking the driving range duing the day,but not forgetting a warm welcome at Pinos bar, open till 1am every day.Dont forget the Jaipur Indian restaurant who will pick you up and drop you off. Once again thanks for a brill time.

From the Owner

Our apartments are situated far enough away from the town centre of the resort as the noise on warm summer nights can be a real problem for some guests, however only a short walk away from the facilities. Both apartments enjoy views of the local countryside & views of the golf course. They are in seperate blocks but only a couple of minutes walk from each other, ideal if you have a larger party, you can meet up when you want but also retreat to your own personal space. Wifi is free of charge & installed in both units.

Nearest Airport : San Javier at 15 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 100 Metres Nearest Golf : at 10 Metres Nearest Motorway : at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 100 Metres Nearest Beach : Mar Menor at 10 Kilometres Car: not necessary


One of the cleanest beaches in Spain is only 10Km away. The Mar Menor saltwater lagoon is the largest in Europe and has waters 3C warmer on average than the Med. Water sports for all the family can be arranged around the Lagoon.


San Javier (MJV) is only 15 minutes away. Alicante airport is 30 minutes further.


The historic & gothic city of Murcia is 15 minutes away through dramatic countryside. Cartagena is simular distance has fabulous atmosphere with widing side streets and Spanish tapas bars, a real Spanish feel.
