This Golf Village House is ideally located in one of the prime locations in the original Parque da Floresta. The house is close to the golf clubhouse, driving range, short-game area and the spike bar. The house is also two minutes away (no roads to cross) from the large heat

ed adults pool, spa and fitness centre, children's pool and

play area. All guests have free access to these facilities and receive 40% discount on green fees. House has wireless broadband. Other facilities in the resort include: football and tennis. At the Golf Clubhouse there is a restaurant and snacks are served all day at the spikebar overlooking the 18th green. There is an Italian restaurant in the complex also. But within a short drive you have a large selection of excellent restaurants.

There are three bedrooms one with double end and two with twin beds. All linens and towels are provided including 4 beach towels.

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: Child's cot available free of charge. Advanced booking necessary. Outside: The large balcony and the roof terrace has excellent panoramic views with the sea in the distance. Well maintained gardens at front and back. The Spa and large swimming pool is very close-by along with the children's pool and play area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included (not beach towels). Cleaning and linen change after first week for two week stay. Other: Living room opens out to the south facing balcony containing a table with 6 chairs, parasol, barbacue and clothes-dryers etc. An outside stairway leads to a very spacious and private roof terrace containing two sun loungers.

Great Holiday will definitely return

We stayed here over the Easter Holidays, it was a brilliant holiday lovely weather and the house was a pleasure to stay in. Comfortable Bedrooms, good bathrooms, clean and well maintained, with parking outside the door. We loved the terrace and rooftop patio both with fab sea views perfect for a BBQ. We are not golfers but the course seems very popular and we made good use of the Club house which is only a very short walk from the house. The children loved the pool, which is a great size, probably one of the best children’s pool I have been to. Another highlight for our boys was being able to play football on the astro pitches on the resort. All in all a really brilliant family holiday and we will definitely be back.

Parque da Floresta is located in the Costa Vicentina National Park which is protected from over development resulting in unspoilt beaches and small villages.

Coast/Beach:

Parque da Floresta is close to many excellent beaches. The nearest (6 minutes by car) is the fishing village of Salema. This unspoilt beach was named the 15th best in the world by the Guardian newspaper in 2016. Salema has some of the best seafood restaurants in the Algarve. Numerous other spectacular beaches nearby offering water-sports and The beaches on the west coast are famous for their surfing opportunities.

Travel:

Faro airport is one hour away by car.

Distances:

All of the facilities are within walking distance from the house. The nearest village with supermarket, restaurants, and bakery is Budens only fiour minutes drive. Salema the nearest beach and fishing village is also about six minutes by car. Lagos - the nearest big town is about 9 miles away. Lagos has a marina, fish market, boating, shops, banks and night life.

Budens village is a 20 minute walk away has 3 restaurants 2 small bars a bakery, a supermarket and a petrol station.

Spa Floresta offers a full range of health and beauty therapies, steam, sauna and indoor pool plus an airconditioned gym. Other activities in the resort are: floodlit tennis courts, and football pitch.
