4 Bedroomed luxury Villa with private pool and stunning views

This individual 4 bedroom villa is in a quiet elevated position in the village of Lapta and enjoys panoramic sea and mountain views. Villa Harika is furnished to a high standard, the 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, are all air conditioned. The lounge opens onto a terrace overlooking the 10x5m overflow pool. The Kitchen/diner is well appointed including washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven and fridge/freezer. Outside there is a mature landscaped garden with BBQ. All rooms have radiators for central heating. A local shop & Wine bar The Legend of Troy within walking distance, and restaurant Charcos are close by. Local beaches, restaurants and well stocked supermarkets are a 5-10 minute drive away. The stunning harbour town of Kyrenia is a 15 -20 minute drive. Less than an hour from the airport of Ercan in the North and one and a half hours from Larnaca in the South the villa can be reached easily from your local airport. Car hire is recommended.

Beautiful home from home in Lapta

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Harika and can't wait to go again. The view from the pool and balconies is breath taking and the owners have thought about everything you might need whilst staying - it really felt like a home from home. The villa is incredibly clean, the beds are very comfy and the pool is lovely. Thank you very much for our stay, we look forward to returning.

Family Holiday

We stayed at the Harika villa for 2 weeks this summer. We had such a fantastic time. The villa had everything you needed. A home from home only with view to die for. The pool was lovely and the beach was 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend it.😀😀😀👍👍👍

A little peace of heaven........

We've been visiting North Cyprus since the late 1990s and have rented villas all along the coastline both East and West of Kyrenia. Harika is without a doubt amongst the very best. The property listing is spot on and the photos give an idea of what's to come but it's not until you actually see the place for yourself do you realise what a special place this is. The views of the coastline from both balconies and the pool area are truly stunning. Harika wants for nothing. We hired a car which was waiting for us at the airport and we made the journey from Ercan to the villa in around 50 minutes courtesy of both mountain and Kyrenia by-pass routes. Keep an eye out for speed cameras and stick to the speed limits. Places to eat are in abundance and your never more than 5/10 minutes away from a supermarket.

Information and correspondence with the owner was perfect and we will most definitely holiday here again.

Gorgeous villa

I have just returned from Cyprus after spending 6 days in this villa, and I have to say that it is one of the most spectacular places we have ever stayed in.

The views from the villa are absolutely stunning, with uninterrupted views of the coast on one side and breathtaking views of the mountains on the other side, it is truly a visual feast.

The villa is located in a very peaceful and tranquil part of Lapta, but it is still within easy reach of the shops and restaurants.

The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous, it is really modern, impeccably clean, well equipped and really reasonably priced too. Everything we needed was provided to make our stay really relaxed and comfortable, they even provided a water cooler!

The owner of the property was reallly helpful and responded to my emails very promptly, he even provided us with detailed directions from Ercan airport to the villa which was really helpful as we hired a car.

I would definately recommend this villa to all my friends and family and do hope to return to this little slice of heaven sometime soon.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Ercan at 50 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : The Legend of Troy at 500 Metres Nearest Restaurant : The Legend Of Troy at 500 Metres Nearest Beach : Cabin Beach at 2.5 Kilometres Car: recommended


There are many sandy beaches along the coast of Northern Cyprus with the nearest only a 5 min drive away. The beautiful waters of the Mediterranean are perfect for swimming, water sports and diving. The Turtle conservation project can be visited during the summer months.


There are daily flights from many UK airports to both Ercan. Larnaca and Paphos. Transfer from Ercan is 45 mins and from Larnaca 1 hour 20 minutes.


Lapta is a 20 mins drive from Kyrenia and less than an hour from Lefkosa (Nicosia). The beautiful village of Bellapais with its Abbey and stunning views of Kyrenia is a 20 min drive as is the mountain castle (ruin) of St Hilarion.

Further Details:

Local shops provide all day to day requirements and well stocked supermarkets (with most UK brands) can be found on the main road to Kyrenia. Local restaurants serve local and European dishes. There is a VillageWine bar The Legend of Troy english owned within walking distance serving fine wines prosecco and platters. French, Italian, Indian and Chinese cuisine are all available. Casinos can be found locally and in Kyrenia. ATM's are available extensively throughout the island. English is widely spoken, you drive on the left and all you electrical appliances can be plugged into three pin UK sockets.
