BOOKING NOW FOR 2018. Casa Real Sol has its own Wifi, has recently been repainted and is a well kept modern 4 bedroomed detached spacious villa with private pool. There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday, with both outdoor covered dining area, bar-b-que and indoor dining. The villa offers magnificent uninterrupted views of the spectacular 'Lake Vinuela' and is furnished to a good standard The villa is just 35 minutes from Malaga international airport and offers a number of excellent amenities. The nearest beach is 15 minutes away at Torre Del Mar, with other beaches and the picturesque Nerja less than a 30 minute drive. The villa is suitable for both families and groups of friends - sleeping a maximum of 8, offering everything you could need for a tranquil and enjoyable stay in this well kept secret area of Southern Spain. The original mountain track to the villa has been replaced by a proper road.

The villa is ideally positioned for a 'get away from the crowds' holiday with magnificent views of the lake and mountains. But you are just a short drive from restaurants, local white washed villages and some lovely beaches, shopping malls and interesting places to visit. The Alahambra Palace is a favourite with most guests and we have information that we send out on all that is available before you travel.

Mosquito blinds are provided in all bedrooms. We suggest you book your car as soon as you reserve the villa as rental prices in Spain can be very expensive if you leave it until just before you travel - they seem to be much more reasonable if you book well in advance and most companies only take a deposit. We can recommend car hire companies we use. Please note this is a non smoking villa. We may be able to offer a slight reduction for parties of less than 4 people Outside: Outside the property there is a good size private pool (8m x 4m) with a secluded covered terrace area, balcony, garden, barbecue, parking for 4 cars, table and chairs, sun beds and outside shower. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own supply of beach towels. The villa will be cleaned on arrival and departure. Other: At the far end of the lounge is the dining area, so the villa offers both inside and outside dining areas.

Peace and Quiet and luxury all in one

Superb accommodation. 6 people spread across all 4 rooms and loved it. Kitchen is not a holiday kitchen, it's a fully functioning all mod cons fitted Kitchen. 2 full sized bathrooms with bath / shower combinations.

Plenty of storage space in each bedroom too. The lounge dining area is sizeable too with good WiFi and TV if you find time to watch! The kids used Netflix no issue at all.

And then - the pool - good size, plenty of room for a short swim or 3 people messing about on lilo's.

The property is managed by Carol and the pool is looked after by Ray both of whom were readily contactable or visited regularly during our stay.

We drove easily to both Malaga and Nerja and ate in several nights too, prices in restaurants we're very good - large Lidl and Eroski supermarkets within 20 minute drive and very reasonably priced too

Having had a fantastic time at this lovely villa this year we have already booked to go back next year. It was a very well equipped villa which came in very handy for our group cook ;-) he was very impressed. It was also spotless throughout. I would defintely reccomend this property and found the owner to be very accomodating when it came to the specific dates required by our group this year. Good communication was provided by the agent throughout. Whether you enjoy lazing in the sunshine by the pool and soaking up the beautiful scenery or prefer a little more activity this is definitely in a prime spot. Perfect holiday getaway.

Malaga International Airport is a 40 minute drive from the villa. We have simple directions from the airport to the villa. All types of cars suitable for this villa.


Surrounding Lake Vinuela there are towns and white villages 'pueblos blancos, such as Vinuela, Alcaucin, Periana and Los Romanos. Velez Malaga is approx 10 minutes away and has a superb shopping mall including a hypermarket. Ronda is approx 1 hour by car. We have a numer of slide shows available of the most popular and picturesque attractions in the area.

There are a number of excellent restaurants within a few miles of the villa, the closest of which are less than a couple of minutes drive.
