Villa in Lora De Estepa, Seville, Andalucia - Central Andalucia

The villa is on the outskirts of the village amongst the olive trees but is only a 5 minute walk from the local bars, supermarkets etc. The local restaurant is a 10 minute walk.

It has four double bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three of the rooms - with a double bed - have en-suites whilst the twin-bedded room is next to the main bathroom.

The villa has covered terraces to the front, side and rear to enable relaxation out of the sunshine. The side terrace is used for outside dining and that terrace also the gas and charcoal barbecues.

The villa is ideally situated being an hour's drive from Seville, Malaga and Granada airports. It is also an hours drive to the cities of Ronda and Córdoba so is ideally placed for exploring Andalucia.

There is unlimited wifi at the villa and thus enables access to all UK tv as well as German, Italian, French etc

Beautiful Villa

Our second visit to this beautiful villa in a quite location with close access to the A92. A relaxing holiday with a lovely outside area eating area and pool. All the family love it and we will be back again next year.

Outstanding in every aspect

A beautiful villa in a lovely location. The owner was incredibly helpful before we left as were the housekeepers on our arrival. Villa had everything you wanted & exceeded our expectations. The village is a few minutes walk away, everyone friendly with some great tapas bars. Ideally situated for Seville, Cordoba, Rhonda, Antequera & Granada. We would definitely return, it would be hard to beat this.

Villa was great. Pool was great! Everything the description said to expect and then some!

The village and the locals were very friendly and the food and drink excellent.

The owner was very helpful, as were the housekeepers, who contributed to a hassle free and totally enjoyable holiday.

Only down side was having to leave after a week...

10 out of 10!!

We wanted a property away from the cosmopolitan Spain and inland so we could experience Spain. We wanted a property that was easy to access from the airports and central to the main cities of Andalucia.

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 95 Kilometres Nearest Golf : at 30 Kilometres Nearest Train : Puente Genil at 15 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Malaga at 95 Kilometres Car: necessary

Coast/Beach:

The beaches around Malaga are an hour's drive away.

Travel:

Seville, Granada and Malaga airports are all one hour's drive away and it is motorway virtually all the way to the villa from each airport. Car hire is essential and air conditioning for the car is strongly recommended!!

Distances:

The local village is a 5 minute walk to the amenities. The town of Estepa is 7km away whilst Antequera is a 20 min drive. Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Malaga and Ronda are all an hour's drive.

Further Details:

The village shops consist of grocers, bar/restaurants, fishmonger, pharmacy, bread shop and other hardware stores.

  • Notes on accommodation: There is air conditioning for the main living area and the upstairs bedroom. For the other rooms fans are provided. The main dining area in the summer is the fully covered side terrace. Outside: The 5x10m swimming pool is totally private as is the tiled terrace around it. The swimming pool terrace has 2m walls which are covered in bouganvillea and many other shrubs. There are 8 sunbeds and covers, other chairs and tables. There is an outside toilet within the rear covered terrace. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and house towels are provided but not beach towels. They are changed weekly and when the villa is cleaned after every booking. We can offer an optional cleaning service if required. Other: Two covered terraces - one with built in gas & charcoal barbecue.
