Ground floor apartment, 1 bedroom with double bed ,air conditioning and wardrobes, separate bathroom with walk in shower ,toilet and sink, fitted kitchen with breakfast bar dividing living space which includes 2 large sofabeds. With shared pool on quiet, friendly and privately owned small complex. Supermarket, banks and all pubs, bars, restaurants and nightlife are 5 mins walk away. 10 mins walk to beach.
My name Nick Slader, I am married to Lisa and we have two daughters Alex and Morgan. We live in Rhondda, South Wales. I work as Railway signal technician and my wife is a cook in a creche. We love Cyprus for our holidays because of the friendly people and excellent location to all local amenities. The main reason for holidays in Paphos is to escape the welsh rain and enjoy some sun!

The main reason for selecting Paphos as a holiday home location is the weather. The area is quiet but also in easy reach of all the local amenities. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday .We can take care of everything to make make your holiday easy and stress free .You can easily walk to bars, shops, restaurants and beaches. Cyprus enjoys some of the best weather! The airport is only a short taxi ride away. If you have ever visited Cyprus you will understand why we picked it!

We had a great holiday - the apartment was lovely and in a great location. The neighbours were really friendly, the whole place was welcoming and we loved it. In fact we ve already re booked for next year!
Thanks Nick and Lisa for a great holiday in your lovely appartment. We arrived late and were met by Rhian who was very helpful and showed us around the place,even going as far as taking my husband to a local kiosk for some water. The appatment was clean and catered for all our needs and more. The complex is small and all the neighbours helpful and friendly. The pool felt exclusive to us, as so few people use it, so step off the patio and straight to the pool. Town and shops are all close by, we didnt have a bad meal anywhere !
We will certainly recommend to our friends and would love to return.
We arrived at 9pm and Was welcomed by Max who is the property manager . We were delighted with the apartment and how clean ,tidy and functional it was . There was even a cold Keo beer in the fridge !! The swimming pool is clean and well maintained as is the pool terrace . The apartment is very centrally located to all the bars and shops , the nearest beach is only a 5 min walk but we found that the best beach was at Coral Bay which is a short bus ride away. There is a market everyday in the old town and is well worth a look for a bargain or two. We had an amazing holiday and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the use of your place . It really was a LITTLE PEACE OF HEAVEN !!
Thanks Nick and Lisa for an amazing holiday. The appartment was ideal for my family and had everything we needed. The location was great too, close to the beach and all the facilities. We will definetly be going again. We enjoyed taking our daughter to the water park that was close by.
after reading the previous review posted on the 13th august 2013, I would just like to let the owners of this apartment know how much I disagree with it. Myself, my partner and son stayed here in may this year and could not have been more pleased with the accommodation. Everything was very clean, neat and tidy. We did not receive any problems during our stay. The neighbours were very friendly and welcoming and we had a fantastic holiday. What a lovely little complex! Cant wait to go back there!

We stay here regularly, as we love to holiday in Cyprus and find that booking this way offers so much more than with a travel agent.
The Apartment is so accessible to Paphos, with only a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. It is on a residential street, so is away from noisy bars and is safe and peaceful.
The apartment has a lovely private pool (only 15 apartments that use it) and the owners have even left a cabinet full of goodies for guests to use to save us buying them - lilos, beach stuff and balls! There is even a dvd player with lots of films for rainy (ha!) days.
The kitchen is functional and there are bits ready for use - like washing up liquid and tin foil. I think generally things are left from previous guests - which is great so that you dont have to buy the essentials immediately. We have always found the apartment to be clean and tidy when we arrive, no matter what time of day or night, and try to leave it that way when we depart (i apologise for not cleaning behind the cooker though....)
I would recomment this to anyone with a family looking to stay in Paphos without hesitation and cant wait to return in October for some more sunshine.

Booking confirmed on receipt of £50 deposit. You will be greeted by the key holder on arrival and departure. Apartment is to be vacated by 12 noon on departure day. New guests can enter apartment at 2pm. This is to allow for cleaners to prepare for next guests. Depending on arrival time of following guests these times may be flexible and you will be notified of the time to vacate.
