My name Nick Slader, I am married to Lisa and we have two daughters Alex and Morgan. We live in Rhondda, South Wales. I work as Railway signal technician and my wife is a cook in a creche. We love Cyprus for our holidays because of the friendly people and excellent location to all local amenities. The main reason for holidays in Paphos is to escape the welsh rain and enjoy some sun!

Quiet well placed accommodation. Simple but functional

Placed near town centre and port also good as base for travelling over west Cyprus. Car parking and small pool very good as were other occupants of the small well kept group of apartments.

We have just returned back from a lovely 12 night break in your lovely apartment it was perfect close to all the restaurants and bars and a short stroll to the Harbour the neighbours are very friendly and would do anything for you the apartment was perfect for your needs the sun on the Terrace all day a few steps to the pool and me and Jane thoroughly enjoyed it thank you Nick and Lisa we wouldn't hesitate in booking it again thank you Paul and Jane Dunn

A Little Gem.

Let me start by saying I always go all inclusive in a hotel when I go abroad, but I came across this during a search so I emailed Nick the owner and asked several questions about the apartment complex and its location.After Nick giving me all the answers and reassurance I decided to cancel my hotel that I had booked and come out of my comfort zone by giving this a shot.

I was worried as you would be for the first time of going to an apartment rather than a hotel.

So my holiday date arrived I was excited and nervous at the same time, I arrived at Nicks apartment and walked out on to the patio and omg it was all lit up with little lights and had all sparkly things hanging on the most of the apartments, it looked like a fairy garden and the pool lights were on it looked lovely.That's all thanks to Kathy in apartment 105.

The apartment its self was basic and clean but it was all I wanted and needed and I loved it.

The apartment is located in a quiet street away from all the hustle and bustle but at the same time very central to the night life if that's what you wanted it is about a 5 minute walk to the harbour where you will find the nightlife, bar street, restaurants etc etc... There is also a local shop 3 minutes down the road which is reasonable on its prices.

The complex is kept very clean and well maintained mostly by Kathy, the pool is also well maintained.The pool is lovely and warms up about 11AM when the sun is shining bang on it and on the apartment patio, the patio is a sun trap sun on it all day long its lovely.Also I had the pool to myself it was good:)

Cats - I can tell you honestly I only saw 3 cats on the complex in 14 days they do jump between the rafters on the apartments but they do not sit on ur patio or bother you when eating so to say the complex is *over run* with cats is not true.

I want to say this to anyone who has any hesitations because I know I did to start with, DON'T hesitate to book this apartment I can tell you 1001% you wont be disappointed. With all my reassurance I can tell you now you will be within walking distance of everything & the neighbourhood is very safe. The beach is like a 5 minute walk away & it has sand. its right next to alexander the great hotel.

I recommend going to the curry house for a meal it's along bar street & it's lovely.

Go for it book it !!!

A nice property in a good location

This property is compact and comfortable, ideal for a couple but think for four adults would be a bit cramped. The gardens and pool were brilliant and easy to access, well maintained, just what you want after sitting in the sun, but no pool toys for the kids as offered in the description. Ideally situated for the local bars and restaurants, 5 minutes walk, with a variety of foods on offer. We recommend Viva Cyprus on Poseidonos Avenue.Don't trek into Paphos town centre for the big supermarket. There is a very good shop called the Kiosk, within 5 minutes walk of the apartment, which will provide all your provisions. The local bus services available on Poseidonos Ave. is brilliant to use. 1.5 Euros per person/journey or 5 Euros for a day rider on any bus. There is a direct local bus which goes to and from the airport. Much cheaper than a taxi as we found out too late. Beware that the check out time is 11am and there is nowhere to leave your luggage until transfer to airport, as most flights home are late at night i.e 11pm or midnight. Max could not help us with a suitable secure place to leave our cases. His suggestion was to leave them with the taxi company for 10 Euros. I don't think so!!! we ended up hiring a car for four days so we had some where to store our luggage on the day we left the complex. Would suggest if wanting to go into the mountains then hire a jeep/4x4 not as comfortable as a car but more suited to the roads up into the Troodos Mountains.

The sun brolly is not adequate for protection from the intense sun throughout the day. Some permanent protection is needed. We were there for 12 nights and did not have a change of bedding or towels.

The complex is overrun with feral cats. Do not feed them as this will only encourage them to come back. As much as we are animal lovers the cats became a nuisance, always wanting food. When we were eating outside. They sat on the rafters above our patio and were always jumping between properties.

All in all though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nick's apartment as it was our first visit to Cyprus. There is so much history to see in and around Paphos dating back to pre-biblical times, such as Tombs of the Kings. Well worth exploring the area.

Pleasant, welcoming and clean.

It's all you would need for a couple or two friends. There were futons but I wasn't keen to sleep on those. Luckily my best friend didn't mind sharing the double. The neighbours were kind and friendly. The Pool well kept and maintained.

When we were in we would keep the Aircon on in the bedroom so that room is cool. But it was always on a timer for three hours. Which was a little irritating during the night. But that might be something had us girls called Max the property manager. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, and homely and not far away from the beach with a nice poolside. Great stuff!

Located in a quiet area, friendly neighbours and close to the centre of town with good food available at restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable in lovely surroundings.

Nearest beach is Municipal beach located by Alexander the Great Hotel which is a 10 minute stroll away. The harbour area has been developed over the last few years and now has a promenade where you can hire sunbeds and swim in the sea. There are various water sports for children and adults at this location. This area is very popular for snorkeling and has various shower, toilet, restaurant and cafe facilities. A short bus ride will take you to the very popular Coral Bay beach.


The nearest airport is located in Paphos, which is a 20 minutes ride from the apartment. Taxis can be arranged and booked for you(confirmation will be emailed to you), at a cost of approx 30 euros this is payable to taxi driver. The taxi driver is very friendly and reliable and speaks excellent English. Alfa Cabs will be waiting at the arrivals section of the airport and they will hold a card with your name on. Taxi can also be arranged from Larnaca airport.


Coral bay beach - 30 mins by bus. Tomb of the kings - 15 mins by bus. Harbour - 15 mins walk along seafront. Ancient Mosaics - 5 mins from the harbour. Water park - 15 mins by bus. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins walk away. Banks and ATM machines is 5 mins walk. All pubs, bars, restaurants, and nightlife 5 mins walk away. Watersports on beaches.

Further Details:

Meet and greet service. On arrival at Paphos you will be met at the apartment by the key holder. Max will check your flight arrival time online to ensure he is there at the correct time if your flight is delayed. If you are due to arrive at the apartment later than 20:30 the key will be left in a key locker by the front door and max will call and see you the following morning, (code for the key locker will be sent to you prior to your travel date). Max will meet you at the apartment and show you into the apartment, he will show you how everything works and also give you any local knowledge you may require, he will then leave the key with you. Max will also leave with a 24hr contact number in case of any problems with the apartment or in the case of an emergency. We can arrange a variety of welcome packs as follows:

welcome pack 1, small loaf, milk, margarine, marmalade, packet of biscuits, fresh fruit, tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar sachets, carton of orange juice, bottle of mineral water, washing-up liquid, personal message. Price £15
