Vilamoura is the place to holiday on the Algarve with its world renowned Marina development. The marina is surrounded by a superb choice of restaurants and bars which are only a 15 minute walk from the apartment. There are two beautiful beaches in the resort, Falesia and Vilamoura beach. There are plenty of water sports available, water ski-ing, paragliding, sailing, and many more. Vilamoura is surrounded by 5 premier golf courses. The Vilamoura tennis centre is a short walk away. The Aquashow water park is a 5 minute drive away. All in all the apartment is centrally located and within easy access of shops, banks, restaurants etc. The garden and pool area is beautifullly landscaped and well maintained.

Lovely apartment in a lovely setting. Great pool area, very relaxed and never crowded, even in August. The area in general is very quite and relaxing. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance, approx 10 minutes to shops, 15 to town centre. Taxi from town to appartment arond €5. Would recommend it.

Great apartment

My sister and I stayed in this apartment for a quick break to Vilamoura. Was everything it said in the Owners Direct Website, brilliant apartment, the owners have thought of everything, very decent sized kitchen if you want to cook on holiday (which we don't). Two bathrooms which is great for us, very decent sized bedrooms and lounge area. The best thing for us was being able to walk out the door to the pool and be right outside the apartment, the owners provide sunloungers with mats. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool is a great size and never busy, the apartment complex is a mixture of rentals and full time residents, our next door neighbours were a lovely Swedish couple who live there. The supermarket is probably about a ten minute walk and the Marina probably about 20/30 minutes depending how fast or slow you walk, we did it in 20 mins on a leisurely stroll, its a lovely walk as the apartment is in a residential area and you walk past lovely villas and tree lined streets. Its also just a ten minute walk to The Old Village which is worth a visit. The owners Maeve and John Brick couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely stay in this apartment and would recommend to friends and family

Superb Apartment

The Apartment is fantastic well kept and clean.It is in a superb location close enough for the fun in Vilamoura , yet surrounded by well kept gardens and a lovely pool great for couples or families . All will enjoy .

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Faro at 25 Kilometres Car: not necessary


There are 2 beautiful sandy beaches in Vilamoura, the nearest being about a 30 min walk. They both provide sun-loungers at a cost but there are also areas for people with their own chairs/umbrellas etc.


Faro airport is an easy 20 min drive away. A taxi will cost approx 30 euro from the airport to Vilamoura.


There is a weekly market in Quarteira on Wednesday morning which is about a 5 min drive from Vilamoura. Also within a short drive is an aquapark, water sports and tennis etc.

Further Details:

There is a supermarket and bank about 5-10 mins walk away from the apartment.

  • Notes on accommodation: As the apartment is on the ground floor access is very easy. Parking is just outside our front door. From the back door there is access to the pool and gardens. Outside: There are beautiful gardens and a good pool, with a small pool for toddlers. The gardens are very secure and a good place for small children. It is a lovely tranquil area but still within easy access (approx 10 minute walk) to all the action and nightlife of Vilamoura. Utility Room: Separate utility room with sink, washing machine and dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Maid service is on request and at extra charge. Other: From the living room there is access to a glazed area and then pool and gardens.
