Me and my Wife come from a small town in North Yorkshire called Tadcaster. In 2005 we went on holiday to Tenerife where we stayed in Golf Del Sur, and fell in love with the area and the people. After discovering a new development next to the sea, we decided to invest in an apartment that we could enjoy well into our retirement.

We fell in love with the area after enjoying a fantastic holiday in Golf del Sur. The weather is generally always great, and its nice to know that you are guaranteed some sunshine. We both love being next to the sea, and listening to the waves with a glass of wine on an evening.
Me and my Wife enjoy the fact that the apartment is part of a secure community, where we enjoy getting to know the other residents, and holiday makers. Although the El Nautico suites are quiet, offering plenty of rest-bite, we especially love the fact that there are lots of bars and restaurants just a short stroll away.

We stayed in Nigel and Mandy's apartment this summer for 2 weeks and had a superb time. The apartment is extremely well fitted and furnished and the washing machine and WiFi were both very welcome. The Apartment complex is very quiet and very private and is definitely an ideal venue for those who are wanting to relax and 'chill out'. Although there are plenty of opportunities to walk in the area, those who wish to travel more would need a car. This brings me to the first downside.. although the complex does have private underground parking, this apartment doesn't come with any. Parking can be purchased from the complex reception at 3 Euros per day so that isn't too bad. This apartment is also on the ground floor i.e. level with the pool area, this does make it easy for walking to and from the pool and would be ideal for anyone who may be physically limited. However, there is a slight downside, outside the apartment's 'patio area' is an area of vegetation and this seemed to attract a host of insects. So be prepared to take insect repellents if you want to sit out on an evening/night. All in all though, we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to try and book this apartment again. We have stayed at this resort multiple times and have tried out various apartments throughout the complex, but this far our favourite by far has been this one (103) it comes with much more equipment and facilities than others, including free wifi and other homely feels which seperates it from the hotel feel everywhere else.
With it being a ground floor you can sunbathe right outside the apartment (where the sun seems to hang around majority of the day) therefore good access for drinks/toilet etc but whilst also being in close proximity to the pool.
Definitely recommend this apartment, we return every year around christmas/new year as we love it so much.
Just spent 3 days here as had been to La Gomera for 7 days and we really enjoyed the peace and the spacious apartment. Well equipped and everything you need to have a lovely holiday Great communication from Nigel and Mandy will definitely be back
