Townhouse in Crecy-La-Chapelle, Nr DisneyLand - Peaceful Location, Only 10 Mins From Disneyland Paris And Beautiful Surrounding Brie Area
Beautiful traditional detached townhouse with a sunny garden and patio with accommodation over three floors. The house is in centre of a lovely French market town surrounded by ancient canals, situated in the heart of the Brie countryside. It's an ideal location for day visits to Paris, Disneyland Paris as well as Champagne country, Fountainbleau, Versailles, the famous chateaux of Vaux-le-Vicomte making it a fantastic location for a great week or more of family holidaying.

About the Owner
My wife and I have owned our lovely home from home for the past 15 years. We are a retired couple who although we live in the UK, spend a majority of our time in Crecy enjoying the house and all the attractions the local area has to offer. We work very hard to make sure the house gives you a perfect place to relax after busy days out. We do hope you enjoy it as much as we and our family do.
Guestbook comments from the owner
It was a joy to come back to this lovely house after a busy two days at Disney, we could pop the tired kids into bed and enjoy a relax on the patio with a bit of time to ourselves. The town is great, we went straight into the centre of Paris too by train and also to the local chateaux as well as a day out to Champagne..we'll be back. Thank you Rachel and Stuart. Perfect family holiday
We went to France wanting to spend time in a quiet village in a location that would please parents and kids: 10 minutes to disney, a short drive to Meaux for the wonderful war museum, Chateau Thierry for a wonderful walk around the town and terrific lunch and of course Crecy La Chapelle is a lovely quite village to stroll around and spend a few days relaxing away from the hectic city life. There is a supermarket a moments walk, and the town people very friendly - we even let the 10 and 12 year head out in the morning to buy some bread and practice their french. The kids said they were treated so nicely. I must say this was pretty much the theme across the holiday - it was all so easy from the first contact with Stuart and Rachel in booking the holiday and Stuart even kindly checked in on us with emails whilst we were on holiday to check that all was okay. The house is well set up with all you could want or need to have a quiet glass of wine and cheese or to cook a proper meal. All in all, we can not recommend it enough. Also we hired a car and drove from CDG and it is so easy to navigate to Crecy with just a google print out of how to get there - nothing complicated at all. So thank you Stuart and Rachel for sharing your home.

From the Owner
“We are in an artist's village just east of Paris - yes near Disneyland BUT near so much more. - Paris, Champagne, FountainBleau, Versailles, Vaux Le Vicomte, Chantilly, Barbazon. Our town house could not be more convenient to shops, restaurants and there's a twice weekly market in the square. A real French town with a real French feel. Enjoy it as the real France or mix it with Disneyland - the choice is yours. Our townhouse is very convenient to all the amenities but also has a private secluded walled garden and patio - very quaint and relaxing - a great spot to barbeque or chill out. We welcome your enquires and will be delighted to tell you more about our much-loved house and all the local attractions.”
